Such an excellent experience at this venue today, the staff were very friendly and all were very knowledgeable of the menu whether it be food or drinks. The selection of tasting paddles, cocktails and other alcoholic beverages were just the beginning with the food menu providing just as much choices. We shared some pizza's and they were delicious. Gluten free bases are available and we were impressed as the bases were amazing!
I wish we took more photos but the relaxed nature of the venue and interaction with the staff had us too entertained to remember to take photos...
Definitely worth visiting this venue
Dogs not welcome unfortunately
Had a tasting paddle of various gins and sat out of the verandah. Lovely weather, service wasn't in your face. I just relaxed with my book for a while. I ended up buying a bottle of the barrel aged gin. Will be back again
I've just had the best pizza experience of my life , The Mr Miyagi , the root ginger accompanied the gin perfectly, The gin tasters are worth a try , reasonably priced for such a plethora of palatable pleasures ,will definitely be back
Good snacks, great gin, and a good Bloody Mary! We enjoyed our tasting and the staff was great too! Thanks guys!
My review reflects table service and seating arrangements.
Mostly staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
Alcohol products were all top quality.
Great atmosphere and awesome service even though they got our orders wrong a few times.
Food is really really good but could definitely improve on order taking. We had to wait about an hour more for a wrong order on a pizza, a cocktail and another missing drink, which happened on 3 separate orders in the 2hours we were there.
For families and kids, there's a nice picnic area where they provide a picnic mat and a small table to lap up some sunshine. Beyond the grassy area is a fair bit of bush kids can enjoy some free play time. There are parents room with ample hand towels and soap and a single toilet.
Our party of 3 had a wonderful time doing the “gin blending course”. After some mis-comms, we arrived a little over 30 mins late for the start of the course, and Emma, our lovely young host, fitted us in, and we were quickly brought up to speed. She is very knowledgeable about all things ‘spirits’ and we learnt so much. She later took us through to the stack distiller on site, and spent lots of time with us, answering all our questions, and running through the early part of the presentation on the history of gin. A marvellous experience, and would highly recommend to anyone.
