We just wanted to do a little trail riding nothing high octane. Staff were wonderful and set us up with some great bikes, and outlined the best trail for us including a detailed explanation of the detours in place due to repairs on the way. Excellent service, highly recommend! My partner hired a bike and their attention to detail in setting her up was exceptional. I had my own bike however realised my bike's dropper post was damaged. The guys fixed my bike immediately despite being flat out!
Showed up to the Hairy Marron on Friday arvo with blown forks on my Giant Anthem. Not only did they have a seal kit in stock. They made it a priority job. Picked the bike up about 4 hours after dropping it off. Couldn’t believe the service and turn around time.

Very thankful and impressed. I had a mechanical issue the day before an event I had been training for for months. They said bring it down and they would have a look. The place was heaving but he fixed it somehow is a few minutes. He refused payment. These guys are a great asset to the community.
Exelent exp with good quality bike and easy access to the trail. With my daughter, the trail with nice woods gave us fantastic moment like fairy's town. Freindly and kind owner and coffee shop is really good idea. After riding in the morning, can have perfect conclusion with nice coffee
