Review Kfc - Margate

It wasn't even Tuesday where you guys are crazy busy. Got a KFC delivery from KFC app, the box was just destroyed not from the delivery, from the oil. Oil was almost dripping from paperback. I tried to understand thinking 'maybe the shop would be very busy' until I saw this. Not acceptable.

Visited to have lunch after the hospital.. wait for nearly 30 mins and this is how it was in the bag.. please not that i haven't unwrapped this.. its was like this in the bag and it was less than half filled.. the top part was literally just wrap and I loos that term loosely because it wasnt wrapped it was kind “chucked” in.. i defineatly will not be chancing it again especially after hear some stories from those who also were waiting a long long time.. care factor is needed here.

Just went to this KFC at Redcliffe waited over 30 minutes just to order and then get our food, we understood that it was busy ish, we then got out food and it was stone cold, the popcorn chicken was burnt to the brim and the chips were overload with salt and the chicken in the wrap we very under cooked! Very unimpressed as well as everyone else

Me and dad got KFC for dinner. We both got a 2 piece feed the chips were old, the potato and gravy had a weird taste to it, and the chicken was dry. Certainly wasnt the yummy dinner we were expecting. For $20 Wont be getting Kfc again.

Avoid at all costs...waiting time is beyond shocking. The chicken last night was so over cooked and my burger was very cold. Thought they would have improved since their margate location. Unfortunately not.

my original twister wrap was half full and extremely stale to the point of being rock hard. I wasn’t able to eat the wrap instead just eating the filling. It’s the 3rd consecutive time having a stale has happened which for someone who rarely gets takeaway means it’s an issue with the restaurant using stale wraps regularly.

Went to go eat a small container of popcorn chicken. While requesting my order instore, I was served by a girl who was completely rude. Rolled her eyes. And sighed when I said Thankyou. She threw the receipt at another customer and threw the coins of change at my companion there. The lady was really unprofessional and aggressive and I didn’t appreciate it for such a small order. The entire time waiting for the orders, she was death staring the customers. I’m not entirely sure whether I should post her name. But I did not enjoy the customer service I received

Place not presentable and clean for the public, tables, chairs and floor was extremely dirty. Not many staff in the counter. They gave us dessert spoons to eat salad and the mashed potato because they didn’t have forks. Terrible experience, never eat KFC again.
