I think it deserves the 4 star average it has scored. the food, service, location, price, ambiance was perfect. Maybe it just needed that x-factor to separate it from others and make it a 5 star restaurant. Otherwise, will return when in the area.

Have tried the ramen duck shoyu soup, sashimi platter, and soft shell crab roll. The pork ribs here are very dry, would not recommend. Rather expensive but plain.

Expanded their restaurant space with some great murals. The food is pretty good. Had duck ramen, soup lacked a little bit of flavour but was okay. Friendly and efficient service. Might go back again.
