Koko Black - Maribyrnong - Photo album

We love coming back to Koko Black at Highpoint for afternoon snacks. Their iced chocolate and salted caramel are so yummy. The staff is always accommodating with us having a baby and a pram. I always get asked if I need to reheat my baby bottle or if they can help with anything. This place is pram f
Pathetically rude staff. Abrupt and unwilling to accompany patrons. A polite gesture to say, can only have take away at this point in time (5pm) on late night shopping (Thursday) instead of making us wait outside unnecessarily and telling us to go away (improvised)
The worst customer service experienced I. High point shopping centre The chocolate gift boxes advertised with its price mentioned in the front starting from 19.99 till above $50 including a gift box for alll sizes. But look like they had shortage of boxes so they wanted to charge $6 more, then when

I have visited several times before and was impressed with service and quality of the coffee. It's hard to find a decent cup of coffee in Highpoint. Koko Black is more expensive but the quality is normally pretty good. I was very disappointed today all new staff again and the drinks were all pretty
