Review Krayaharn Thai Marmion - Marmion

The food here is absolutely delicious. We came to collect and was surprised to find the food ready in 15 mins. The staff are lovely and the restaurant looks cute too! 10/10 would come here again ♥️

Food is good but they don’t miss you at the till, $15.20 for three large spoons of steamed rice from a bowl. I think we were making up for a quiet night.

We had an amazing Thai meal here tonight. I wasn’t expecting much due to some reviews, but it was so delicious and authentic. Loads of veggie options and a nice variety of fresh vegetables included in each dish. We’ll be back soon!

Food is absolutely delicious. Fantastic service, quick and easy to pick up. Second time here and both times have been fab.

If you go to the ocean, fill a bowl with water and throw some pieces of meat in it then you get a really nice curry, according to this place

The previous 1 star review left by Sandra Taylor is either fabricated or spiteful. My family and I have been coming here regularly for over 5 years and the family that own the place and work here are wonderful, every item on the menu is delicious. Authentic Thai food and very good value!

Really average. Both dishes we ordered tasted only of soy sauce, very very salty. Virtually no other flavours coming through. Not sure how they can claimtoserve authentic Thai food. We have tasted real thai food, and this wasn't even close. The only good thing was they had a gluten free menu. Service wasn't great either. Took ages for them to come take our order and we were the only ones there.

Ordered the yellow curry asked for no capsicum, the note attached to the bag said no capsicum, but had capsicum in it! The curry was so salty and the tofu was like rubber. I rang and spoke with a manager who apologised and offered a refund. I would not recommend nor re order.

Booked a table with friends as we had been told about the Vegan menu. We have been back in Aus only a week after spending one month in Chiang Mai & surrounded by awesome Thai Vegan food. This was like being back in Thailand, such great service & fresh tasty food. Would recommend this place to all our Vegan & non Vegan friends, well worth a visit.

Excellent food and great service. We had the green curry, pad thai and a satay combination. Thanks guys. Great flavours and plenty to eat, we ended up taking some home.

Quaint little local restaurant. Clean, nice ambience and decor. Friendly staff and pleasant service. Unfortunately, the food was a bit hit and miss. The "Cry Tiger's" beef was dry, over-cooked and oh my goodness salty! Overall my experience was pleasant thanks to the service but average in the food quality department. The only real negative I'd report is the value for money. $80 for two people (for only three dishes and a shared dessert - no drinks) is not reasonable (especially for average food). Okay for a local eatery when one can't be bothered cooking one night but would not be making a return visit.

For a local restaurant it was better than I expected. The place was much bigger than I thought it would be too. The menu was varied and the food was nice. They had the sticky rice with mango dessert as mangoes are still in season at the moment. So, that was a bonus for me! The staff all seemed friendly too.

We often dine at Krayaharn with my partners mum who lives down the road. Great food and service. BYO and relatively cheap. Great for a local night out! Gets busy and noisy so book and don't expect a quiet dining experience ! Some lovely Thai dishes on the menu. Enjoy 🍴

$4.20 per prawn WHAT A RIP-OFF. Pad Thai prawns was $17.50 contained a miserable 4 measly prawns that were closer to shrimp than a king prawn.
It was all noodles and almost tasteless.
We won't be going back there.

Washed out curry....disappointment.. Admittedly we haven't been here for some time but last night was certainly a lot different to my recollection. The curry lacked depth of flavor, had no aroma, was extremely thin and pale. Thick slices of fairly tough beef and not much of anything else.
Will not order again, this place used to be one of the best.

Favourite for 11 years. I have been going to this awesome Thai restaurant for eleven years with my 8 girlfriends and it is ALWAYS great. The staff are amazing, they remember our favourite dishes and special requests and always greet us warmly.
I always have the chicken with peanut sauce because I love it but my friends have tried so many different meals and nobody has ever been disappointed. We have all introduced friends and family members to Krayaharn over the years and it's now a favourite of many of them. The servings are generous and they pack up any leftovers for takeaway! I can't praise this resturaunt enough!!

Eat in just as good as take away. We regularly place a large take away order from this restaurant. Came to eat in with a large group a fortnight ago and sat in the lovely separate dining area. We ordered the $29 banquet and it was worth every penny!!! The food just kept arriving and was so tasty. They also dished duplicate servings to share between 4 or more people, so it was easy to share at a large table for more than 8. Real coffee as well. No wonder the restaurant is always busy. Efficient, unobtrusive service. Perfect!

Disappointed. Closed kitchen half an hour early on Friday night! False advertising!
Food For Thought..
Great Local Thai. Been here a few times and love it. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the place is always full. It's definitely a favorite of mine.

Great place. An unexpected gem in a small local shopping area. Table service was relaxed and efficient. Wait staff remembered requests and acted on them Food was great. We will definitely return,

Thai Gem. This is my favorite Thai restaurant and I have been repeatedly coming here for years, Its set in a small shopping village in marmion and the food is fantastic. I like all the curry and Cry tiger is one of my favorite dishes. The restaurant is probably not the most fancy restaurants as you would expect in this area but the price is relatively cheap and it is BYO with a shop next door... The price is very cheap for this quality food.
Yummy
The food is amazing here and at a decent price. Customer service could do with some improvement but the taste of the food is amazing. The taste and portion sizes defiantly outweighs the customer service. I would recommend this Resteraunt to anyone!

My girlfriend and i dined here in December and were looking forward to finding a good local restaurant. Customer service was very good but the food was poor. Very unpleasant taste to my red curry and my partner found her dish very bland and meant quality poor. Would not go back.

Good tasty food. Casual family restaurant with tasty food. It was Saturday night and busy when we went there but the service was still pretty fast and the staff polite. It cost the four of us $100 and we were struggling to eat it all. No complaints.

Very bland and not a traditional Thai. The restaurant was quite busy when we got in but didn't have to book to get a table. The menu looked promising lots of different options and the usual suspects and their own special dishes which were mainly duck. Starters were mainly deep fried and battered despite mine saying marinated prawns in honey and sesame seeds it was deep fried battered prawns with the sauce on top. very bland and uninteresting. main course - my husband had pork stir fry which was also very bland and simply fried pork strips with a chilli sauce on the side to pour over it. I had a prawn green curry which included frozen peas and runner beans and carrots and peppers - i love my veg but missed having the traditional green peppercorns, baby aubergine and thai peas in the curry. So not what i would call a traditional thai and very very very average and bland.

Brilliant Local Thai. Krayaharn has been my go-to Thai place for many years now, and it helps that it's only a few minutes away!

The Hoy Jore, Pad Thai and Beef Green Curry are consistently excellent and everything is very reasonably priced. The restaurant itself may be a bit loud for those looking for a more intimate dinner, but it's ideal for family dining and takeaway.

Check it out if you live nearby or just looking for decent Thai in Perth, you won't be disappointed.

The Best Thai. Our local Thai, outstanding tastes and service, relatively cheap and always open. You should probably book any night after Wednesday. Tastes are tradional Euro/Thai so if you want extra hot you'll have to ask.

9/10

Consistently delicious. You cannot ask for much more from a local restaurant. The staff are always friendly, prompt and polite. The good is very affordable and delicious. A truly crowd pleasing menu, even for the fussiest of eaters. The place is very casual, local and warm. If you have a decent size group, make a booking because it can get busy!

Outstanding. What an awesome night! The service was amazing, so fast and so friendly. The food was awesome, so much flavour and so quick. Highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a great night Krayaharn.

Great food and atmosphere any night. This is a popular choice for me when I have to organise dinner gatherings for school parents. The staff are happy to arrange for large groups (we have booked for up to 20 and not had any issues), they are not trying to kick you out at 9pm on weeknights and the food is great. Love it.

Great suburn Thai food. Love the food and I quite like the cosy suburban restaurant, it's nothing too fancy or special but it's just what you want out of your suburban local. We drive from a couple of suburbs away as it's better than anything closer. No, I wouldn't make a special trip from further afield, but yes, if you live around the Carine, Marmion, North Beach etc are - you should definitely try it out. By all means, get some friends and give it a go, you'll no doubt enjoy it and turn it into your local favourite takeaway thai joint.

YUM!. Went here for a catch up dinner with some old school friends the other night and was very impressed! Unfortunately there was a mix up with our booking of a table but the very friendly waitresses went out of their way to get us a bigger table for our group!

The food here is always delicious and well worth the money, being a local I feel so lucky to have something so delicious and reliable nearby!

Excellent food. We've been going here for a few years now. The service is good and the food is excellent. Highly recommend but the restaurant is usually busy, I would suggest booking.
Bree
Very good, but a little pricey. Good food, okay service, but the sounding isnt very good, gets very loud. you have to book in advanced as it gets very busy quickly. recommend the curry puffs they are the best :D but average of $17 - $19 a dish.
