Absolutely loved this pub. The food was delish. We went there on a Monday, rebooked for Thursday and Easter Sunday. The kids kept talking about it all day Thursday looking forward to going and what they were going to order. The service was great too and just overall good vibe. We're going to miss it.
We absolutely love stopping by this pub when we are on our way to or in Bendigo!The vibe is relaxed and the staff are always super friendly and happy for a chat.
The menu is quite large but as a rule I generally don’t go past the Lamb as it’s their speciality. This time we had the Roast Lamb with Roast Pumpkin & Potatoes, Vegetables and Gravy and the days special of Lamb Backstrap with Cauliflower and Parsnip Purée and Roasted Carrots.
The Roast Lamb as always, was so tender you could use a butter knife to cut it and both meals were delicious!!
Meals are on the larger side so bring your appetite and we know from experience that they are super busy on the weekends so also pack your patience. Absolutely worth the visit!!
Eaten here twice in last 3 days. The food is amazing and catered for our gluten free diet exceptionally well. You can’t go past the lamb and we tried it all! Well priced wines Highly recommend
Amazing food and service. The menu is extensive. Very affordable and plenty of gluten free options. The lamb cutlets were perfect, we added 3 extra cutlets and shared with the whole family.
There is a huge beer garden outside and really nice fine dining room inside.
Staff were very helpful.

Food was amazing and they were really generous servings.
