Visited Little Sparrow at Sunshine Plaza for lunch on a Saturday. There were more staff than customers yet my toasted honey ham sandwich still hadn't arrived after about 25mins. I had to go before it even arrived. I received a fairly half-hearted apology from one of the staff. God knows what they were all so busy with. Don't think I'll bother going back with so many other options available.

Appalling service today. Ages to get menus. Order was wrong. Food was average and it used to be great, here. Sat the coffees on the edge of the table. Couldn’t even put it in front of us. Won’t be back.

We had brunch today If I could give this zero stars I would The other tables food and plates were not even removed while we ate brunch And We ate the chicken & avocado sandwich But There was a little too much avocado in the bread No avocado!!🥴 The mood in the store was not clear Very disappointed It’s different from the outside Next time I come to Sunshine plaza I will never go again

Too overpriced for what it was worth. Coffee wasn’t that good and smoothly was sickening and customer service should be improved. Other little sparrow cafes are great but this one was no where near as good. Will not go back.

Fantastic staff and great service! Due to Covid restrictions there’s limited seating though... Kids enjoyed the hot chocolate and babycino with lots of little marshmallows 😋

Walked in on an impulse and walked out, well... inspired! Not one to leave reviews but the Eggs Atlantic is hands down one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in my life (True compliments to the chef). Top this with fast service (Food within 10 minutes) and lovely wait staff... Wow! The only negative thing I can dwell on is the fuel expenditure I’ll be on-boarding to drive an hour every time I want this feeling again. (Not a paid endorsement... Just a meal that will move you)

Well... It might be school holidays and almost Christmas but that is no excuse for the service or lack there of at EATS... It took almost 15 minutes for our order to arrive with the waitress not knowing what was what... Now we will get to the cleanliness of the Cafe... Instead of having someone to clean the nearby tables when food or drinks were brought to you they left it... In the entire time we were there (30 minutes) not ONE dirty table was cleaned... We will definitely re think going back there...
