We were the only car in the drive through for a couple of minutes before ordering, then for another 2 minutes waiting at the window yet they still had no idea which order was ours. Ordered 3 burgers, got 2. One wasn't even what I ordered. (got an Angus instead of a California). The burger was hard and overcooked. The bun was Squashed. Wouldn't go back there, except to get a refund.

I just picked up a couple of meals from Hungry Jack's Maroochydore drive through... The double extreme Whopper was very good. The chips were nice and hot and Crispy crunchy But the grilled chicken burger for my wife was just a A slither of chicken a little bit of lettuce thin slice of tomato and a heap of mayonnaise... it was more like a kids meal at an adult price... Not happy here.

The service was great, food hot and fresh. Would have brought a coffee to have with my meal- lactose free milk option would be great as not everyone can tolerate almond or soy instead. Restaurant required better attetion - tables could have been wiped clean, floors swept and bathrooms needed cleaning. It wasn't that busy for 12 midday

thought my order was quite simple... 2 x Whoppers, both with cheese and 2 rashers of bacon on each. I was asked if wanted 2 Ultimate Whopper and replied, "No, 2 Whoppers with cheese and 2 rashers of bacon on each please... Once again I was asked if I wanted Ultimate Whoppers and repeated my previous order which was met with a brief silence and then told to drive through. I WAS THEN SERVED 2 ULTIMATE WHOPPER BURGERS. DIDN\'T DISCOVER UNTIL I WAS BACK AT HOME 30 K AWAY. PRETTY SLACK THAT THE STAFF ARE UNABLE TO LISTEN TO A VERY SIMPLE ORDER.

Great hungry jacks, friendly staff who can actually take an order properly. Can't recall the last time they messed up an order and the new salt and chips! Bloody beautiful addition to the menu. 'chef kiss' keep it up

Went through your drive-through tonight and was blinded by the light on the menu board, It was bright as, I had to not look towards the menu because it was giving me an migraine, then it started flashing on and off. I'm sure you could see the menu from nambour, great work Hungry Jacks 😵

Really just a hit or miss with this hungry jacks. The food is sub par but it’s fast food so I ain’t picky. However, no matter how many times I go the servers are unmotivated and not as friendly as they could be. Twice I’ve picked up my food and had a girl say absolutely nothing to me. Didn’t double check my order and she didn’t tell me how much my food was. What if it was the wrong order given out? Didn’t even say to have a good day afterwards. It was a very awkward interaction. Very saddening. I only really go here if I’m reeeaaaally craving hungry jacks. Otherwise I’ll settle for maccas or kfc instead.

Disgraceful Service. Bunch of young girls with attitudes Working there. They need to learn to smile and be polite. I dread this place every time i drive through it. The owner needs to do something because its gone down hill a lot, which is why barely anybody goes there anymore.
