HJs is a fast food family favourite. We've never experienced any issues here with ordering or food. The free download app is great, the shake to win feature has landed on lots of freebies and discounted food/drinks over time. Some favourites are the Bacon Deluxe Burger, Aussie Whopper, Rebel Whopper (plant based), ice cream Storms - oreo w flake or m&m w flake is a yum combo. Hershey pies with a soft serve are the best!Frozen drinks, not a fan though of the sour burstie beads that you can add to your drink. The chips are awesome! Onion rings and chicken nuggets. Staff have always served us well.

Not the greatest of service here, my little bloke wanted hungry jacks today and I ordered him a small cheese burger meal with no pickles and a toy, he absolutely despises pickles and couldn't wait for his toy. We got it takeaways and grabbed it when it was ready and went on our way. When he got to eating it he got the two biggest pickles in his burger and almost cried (he's 5) and refused to eat it after that, he then howled again when he realised he never got his toy, it was not a good end to an already stressful shopping day with a 5 year old and an almost 11month old,

Considering this is within a retail centre it has the turn over of a large station style shop, Foods always fresh and well prepared.

I work in the plaza and often come in before my shift & am always served by Riona! She’s so lovely & has amazing customer service. 10/10 service

Apparently asking for extra pickles and being charged $1 extra gets you 4 pickles, even with the over priced meals they must be running out of money.

Ordered my meal through doordash for the family turned up stone cold very disappointing would not order through doordash for Hungry Jack's pick it up yourself as it'll least be a warm meal must have been sitting on the front seat of the car with the air conditioning blowing on it

Usually long wait times, have NEVER seen them use their parking bays, so even people with a huge order stay at the presenter window and hold up the line for everyone else. High chance you will get overly-salty chips. Staff aren't overly friendly. Food is usually pretty fresh though.

The lovely ladies on the counter are always so bubbly and friendly, food quality is consistently great and wait time is pretty good considering how busy they are. :)
