Review Billy's Bar Espresso - Maroubra

Nice place for a quick coffee. I came with two babies in a stroller, and had a reasonable amount of space in cafe’s outdoor seating area to manoeuvre. The staff seemed a bit too efficient, especially the one taking the order—but that’s really not a bad thing considering its location. Too bad I didn’t have a chance to check out the other food selections they have to offer, maybe next time I come around! 🙂

Super long wait for average food that had an egg shell, missing items, way over cooked poached eggs, no toppings on the pancakes and almost 6 month out of date soft drink. Can safely say we won't be back

Great family run cafe! Staff were super friendly and accommodated my dietary requests, and happily let me swap some items around. Fantastic prices and great almond milk coffee. Visiting from QLD, I was also very happy about the heaters! Highly recommend.

The coffee is hands down is THE BEST that I’ve ever had across Australia, it’s without fail always on point, coupled with a killer bacon and egg roll. Great selection of cakes and pastries too!! I love that I can get a great tasting coffee at 5.30am WINNING!! Honestly can’t fault this delightful cafe staring centre stage in the heart of Maroubra junction. This cafe goes above and beyond delivering impeccable customer service, the staff are ALWAYS buzzing with excitement, happy and energetic. They’re the perfect start to my day! Definitely a must visit when your in town!

Consistently good coffee every time I’ve come here. Amazing savoury food and sweet pastries as well. Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely the best café in Maroubra.

Lovely cafe! Friendly service, great coffee and cheap prices! Got a breakfast wrap a while ago with a mango smoothie takeaway and it was so satisfying!

Have been coming to Billy’s for a few years now, Staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast type food and coffee. Highly recommend.

So if you don't know Billy's Cafe then you don't walk into Pacific Square. Try walking pass without notcing it. I not only encourage you tell him personally, or any of the staff, you read this review & comment below with your experience.

Cheapest eggs benny I have ever had! Amazing quality good portion and the egg was cooked to perfection plus to top it off very friendly staff :)

Terrible service and drinks. Ordered one drink off their menu and they got it completely wrong, staff wasn't even sure how to make it. Gave them another chance and they left out a core ingredient. Not sure how they're 'thriving' if they keep getting orders wrong.

Best coffee place I’ve tried in sydney, if you live around Maroubra you absolutely have to try it out! <br/><br/>Tho the coffee is very strong, so would recommend a syrup of your choice!

I came here for one thing and left being satisfied beyond what you could imagine (so I can't comment on any of the other food available).<br/><br/>THE QUAD CHEESE TOASTIE !, OMG how happy I was to find a place with possibly the best balance between cheeses, combinations and perfect meltdedness (that's right I just invented a word).<br/><br/>You need to try this and the Nutella Toastie immediately if you're into that type of thing

What an awesome little place. The service is awesome, the people there will make your morning with amazing customer service and their zest for life. The food was on point.

A little coffee shop in the heart of Maroubra Junction that's always full of energy! Nice coffee and friendly staff is a great way to start your day.

Nice flat white. I am not a fan of Toby's Estate coffee but this place made it pretty good. Very slightly acidic which I think its the beans. They have big sign saying " winner of most outstanding cafe in 2011 & 2012" I'll try their breakfast or lunch next time.

Coffee served in about 30 seconds after ordering two coffees, which was a surprise. Coffees were extremely watery and tasted like McDonalds instant coffee. Threw my coffee in the bin after the first sip.

I can see why regulars would like this place - the guys remember people's names & orders, and they clearly love a chat. It was bustling at 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon when I stopped for a coffee; still, fairly fast service, and delicious latte. Some good looking treats in the front cabinet as well.

Stuffs are serving the "old" customers first, ignore me until all "old" customers been served. not only once but more than 5 times...awful experience coffee is awful. will never go again

One of the best if not the best coffee in the East (I know it is a bold claim). Friendly service. They remember your order even if you are a very irregular visitor.
