I love me. Good old school fish and chips. I feel like you usually get bang for your buck with they're meal packs. I got just chips and a potato scallop this time. Well priced, good serving size and crunchy batter. The service was also friendly. I would definitely return for a hit of fish and chips.

Pretty comprehensive fish & chip shop menu, including different packs, which is what we ordered - a family pack. The shop has three sets of tables and benches which we decided to make use of and eat in. As such, our meal was served on plates which was a nice touch, because in some fish & chip shops, even when eating in, you're still given your food in a cardboard box/paper wrapping. For $40 we received 2 large pieces of fish, 6 fish bites, 2 "crab" sticks, 12 calamari rings, 4 potato cakes (or potato scallops as some may know them as), 4 lemon wedges,2 portions of tartare sauce, and plenty of chips! The service was a bit cold to start off with, but they warmed up by then end. It got quite busy with what looked like locals, which is always a good sign. We'd go back!

Simon Food Favourites review. A weekend lunch time visit to grab some simple fish and chips on the way to Maroubra Beach. The Fish & Chips Meal ($11.50) was pretty decent in size. Perhaps not the most flavoursome fish fillet but cooked OK with nice enough chips and salad of greek and coleslaw. Premises is clean and simple for a dine in option and menu has all the usual suspects for a local fish and chips shop. Parking can be a bit limited due to shopping area.
