This is a family business, hard working people. They don't roast the whole pork but rather in small pieces. There fore each piece is perfect. Roast duck is good too. If you are looking for the best BBQ pork dish, this is place to go. It's so delicious, go there every week. This place only sold commercially, until about a year ago. Now open to the public. They sell their BBQ pork and ducks to most restaurants. Must try!!!

I felt bad that they had made up 2 dishes that would go to waste so I took 1 pork and rice, however, the pork was cold and flavourless.
