Terrible experience with the customer service at Pizza Hut.
We placed order online and paid by credit card. But when my friend went to pick up the pizza, the staff told her that the pizza hadnt been paid off. She paid at counter again. It was double charged for one pizza.
I called the customer servi
Very rude store manager. They stuffed up my order, I had to wait 20mins for them to re-make my order. The store manager has a bad attitude, didn’t want to make eye contact and didn’t apologise for the mistake.
Great place for pizzas, offera only takeaway and no dine in available, pizzas can be ordered and customised online to your liking
Pizza Hut is great but i wish they had more choices in what to add to pizzas.
Pizza was raw, went back to the store and the manager gave me a refund but said it was cooked (even though it was not), my husband and kids also found the pizza to be raw/uncooked, kids missed out on pizza night :(
I love pizza hut pizzas. The bbq sauce is excellent. Meat lovers with pineapple and halapenos🍕🍕👍🥰
Extremely rude staff. I rang the store today and asked about the deals the guy told me to check it online and hung up the phone...Do not waste your time there. If they have a toxic and poor attitude answering a simple question imagine what they would do while cooking the pizzas...
