Great menu with a good variety of options. Super clean interior. Cakes and sandwiches in the window all looked nice and fresh. Our breakfasts were delicious and well presented. I will definitely be back.

Yummy croissants, brownies and cookies, went well with my chai coffee. Going to have to come back for the cheesecake since it was sold out. The staff are really nice.

We were here 2 years ago and rated 4*. According the perivious experience and reading the current reviews, came one more time. I think the owner changed, the cafe's name was different. Before there was one door to entry and the place were too smelly and smoky. But now, they use 2 doors and it makes fresh air, which is good. But too many negativities ; music was overloud, coffee was ,sorry but, awful, even I couldn't drink it, scramble egg was smelly different taste of food...

Acai bowl was awesome, but zucchini fritters were overcooked om the outside and raw in the middle. Wildly disappointing. Service staff are brilliant though! 💜

Fantastic service since the moment we stepped in until we left. The pancakes were so soft and tasty and the eggs with avocado on toast really yummy. Coffees were great as well. We will definitely return!

I had a catch up for a brunch with a friend of mine who is also a coffeeholic, WPF. He suggested we went to Coffee Tank because he has never been there. It was just a stroll from our place. Coffee Tank is a relatively new coffee shop in Marrickville (more like in between Marrickville and Dulwich Hill).

Acai goodness, adverage Coffee shop

To be honest, I've never tasted acai bowls before and once I've got it, it was Amazing. To be honest the cafe looks just another cafe, nothing special but they make really nice Acai bowl. The service was okay, I find it to be adverage. The person who served us did not smile or recommend anything nice, he just stand there and wait until we order something.

I can't complain about the Acai bowl, they put a lot of effort making the bowl and it was really good. There was enough sweetness and fruitiness in the bowl. The only problem was the coconut, it doesn't make any sense to put dried coconut in the bowl because it taste like nothing with the bowl.
A nice on the corner cafe where you can bring your kids to draw on paper, coloring pencils provided. There is a nice family vibe as you can see childrens drawings stuck on a window. The biggest breakfest/brunch option they had was your standard homemade version with nothing new to offer. The omelette was a bit below average being that it was not well seasoned. The acai drink was refreshing enough but with its price, a bit more was expected in terms of serving.good for families, standard for local cafes- ye nah/10

Headed down on Saturday to coffee tank and was very pleased! After being recommended to try this cafe out, I was happy that we did!

Service was beautiful! Everyone that we spoke to was so happy and lovely, and really made it a great experience.

We were lucky enough to meet the owner Peter who really looked after us. We tried a dragon fruit bowl which looked and tasted great! It was so fresh and I personally really enjoyed it.

I also had the acai yoghurt with granola and berries and it was delicious too!

This cafe is so bright as it has so many windows, and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. You should check them out as you will not be dissapointed!

How awesome is that!
A breakfast bowl full of health. It's so delicious especially on a hot morning because it's got frozen berries mix which I thought looks like yogurt but isn't at all think in consistency like it. Everything is so fresh. Good choice.

Coffee Tank is a very community and family oriented café located on the outskirts of Marrickville. With a focus on providing quality and approachable food, in an welcoming and family friendly environment. The majority of Coffee Tank's trade comes from their large group of loyal customers, who rave about the amazing service and no fuss food.

Coffee Tank is a funky cafe where you know you'll always get a great coffee, tasty food and a nice atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.
My favourite breakfast option is the banana bread topped with ricotta, strawberries, nuts and honey - it's to die for. The bacon and egg roll is also fantastic. There isn't really anything on the menu that I've tried and haven't enjoyed. So glad to have a cafe like this so close to home.

This is one of those local cafes in a residential area. You're not sure if it's packed because it's good or because it's convenient for families. I personally came for the acai bowl but it was a bit icy and eventually runny. The strawberries were sour and the granola was a bit too crunchy. But I quite like the burger. The meat was juicy and the bread was soft. Service is good. Overall this place is a bit above average but not somewhere I would intentionally come for.

I am so happy to have found another 5/5 cafe!! AMAZING!! I came here today for brunch. It was busy but it wasn't so busy that we had to wait. We got a table for 3 straight away. 2 of us ordered the acai bowl and the other had bruschetta. My acai bowl was absolutely amazing! The fruit was fresh, the granola was crunchy and the acai was the perfect mix of cold but not too cold that it was frozen and also not runny like some acai I have had. It tasted delicious and refreshing. My friends bruschetta looked incredible. It was so atheistically pleasing (I should have taken a photo) and had such a perfect mix of flavour. Very good choice in using Danish Feta. Menu was priced reasonably and we didn't have to wait long for our food. If you are looking to dine here (which you should), keep in mind that orders are taken at the counter. What a great experience Coffee Tank was!

Have a very good look at the photos. Is your tongue trickling? Mine is. My partner and I drove here as a last minute detour and I'm very grateful I chose this place. It's a beautiful little cafe on the corner (traffic not the most pleasant to observe at that particular intersection) though the food was absolutely superb.
I ordered a 'Fill the Tank' and partner ordered a Salmon Eggs Benedict. Everything on both plates were delightfully seasoned, well presented, and best of all, fresh. Very appealing, I've been thinking about what I had this morning all day! Will definitely return. The highlight was not only the lot of my breakfast served with care but my heavenly beverage, the 'acai smoothie' (acai and ice garnished with toasted coconut and granola that was infused with cinnamon. Amazing). My partner ate everything clean with his head nodding. That's an approval.
Always enjoy treating myself to their brownies though the white chocolate has an acquired chewiness. Would highly recommend their normal chocolate brownies :)
I shall visit them again and hope the food remains the same beautiful dish every time but from this first experience, it's become my favourite breakfast cafe as of yet :)
