Review Double Roasters - Marrickville

We were just walking past to find a place to have breakfast. We saw this cafe and walked in. The best egg on toast , I ever had. The service was excellent, food came quickly, staff were very friendly. It made our day. Definitely, will come back if in the area. Thank you El and the lovely girls😊

What a great place. Excellent coffee, food and service. An excellent bakery, functioning Wednesday to Sunday. Kim, the baker, currently on holiday until 13th. Worth the wait.

Slightly perplexed by the positive reviews, perhaps we just caught the team on a bad day. Although they were quiet (with one staff member working on a computer, one standing behind the counter and one wandering about) we were never greeted on arrival or shown to a table. We wandered in and again waited to be even looked at but instead one staff member cleaned a table next to us and one walked outside to pat a dog. We ended up just walking out because literally no one even looked at us. It was super confusing and very very odd.

Very nice all round, food was great especially the pastries, coffee was great and staff were great. Definitely give them a go. Update went quite a few times now and consistent and reliable great food and service.

This cafe is a gem hidden in the industrial suburb of Tempe. They double up as a coffee roaster so they know how to make a proper latte that has good strong flavour with a nice froth. They also do a variety of caffeine free lattes like tumeric and beetroot etc, that are perfect for the kids. With their food, I had the big breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly, no hard burnt bacon and their thin toasts were nice.
