Absolutely shocking and disappointing. Not authentic japanese food. Terrible food. I ordered the Tan Tan Ramen, the broth smelt so acidic and vomit like, that I could not continue eating it. Extremely disappointed. Karaage is below average, they dont crumb the chicken, it is just fried in a batter.

Tried the Karaage chicken Bento. Chicken was cooked tempura style and was pretty bland, The rice was a bit gloopy as well. Even for $10.90, would not get again. Overall very average.

Otoro is a fine restaurant just like any other standard Japanese restaurant. The food is either okay or delicious. They do their best but I feel it's been hard lately due to covid and the country's financial situation.
