Review Golden Chicken - Maryborough

Management should really look into training the staff. Is it that hard to put everything needed to eat certain meals in the bag... Maybe cutlery to go with salads and a serviette would come in handy. On the food side of things my wife got chicken that smelled off. Look out if you try letting staff know about any issues as they certainly aren't pleasant & couldn't care less.

Just bought a box that is supposed to have aoli dipping sauce, also bought extra sauce, no sauce in my order. Chicken tenders were the same size as the nuggets and I only got 3. Wanted a larger potato and gravy got a small. They gave me an extra bread roll to compansate $1.50, they're .95c each... Rip off.

If I could give it a zero I would the worst KFC I have ever been to anywhere . I Asked for a 3 piece feed with a cold coleslaw instead of chip's now you would think this is a easy change but no I have never gotten the right order not one's Over 3 years on top of that this time I got charged $5 to much and no coleslaw. when I complained I struck the roodest person who informed me that from now on I have to get out of my car and come in and place my order with a manager as it was so complicated. What swapping chip's for coleslaw unbelievable. Her excuse was I'm from Townsville

First review I’ve ever written but literally the staff here is beyond useless! Every time without fault they don’t put everything in the bag, always forgetting something! This time missed a whole zinger burger order even though it’s on the docket! Don’t deserve their wage! Absolutely useless

Would not recommend eating anything from this kfc, we were on holiday and wanted something quick, hot and filling. But.. The store was absolutely filthy, it looked like they let the mess sit there for hours and we had to ask 2 times for our table to be cleaned. Our food came to us cold especially the burgers The gravy was disgusting, and also our chips were cold as well but not only that, it came with a surprise - a flying ant was also in/on our chips As a kfc lover, this store has completely ruined my love and taste for their food anywhere

Oh my goodness. What an abysmal effort. Just took my order back (this time). Due to my 3 chicken tenders not being any bigger than a lighter, chip pkt 1/4 full. No sauce, (once again). Usually upset with M'boro KFC. So this time I took it back. How condescendingly I was treated, in front of all. Dismissed & displayed as pathetic. NO KFC Maryborough... YOUR PATHETIC. WON'T BE BACK.

Ordered a family meal which come with 2 large chips the chips only had about half of the chips in both of them when u order a large chips u expect a large chips and the chicken was absolutely disgusting and full of oil don't think we will.be going back there again until they pick up there game. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I love kfc and have brought it regularly for over 30years. The taste is still the same. The service fine, but the last time i brought it the 2 out of 3 pieces if chicken where tiny half normal size. Thinking this was a one off problem i tried again tonight. The piece of chicken was so small it fitted inside the gravey container. It was disgrace.
