Review Destination Roll - Mascot

Had my pork roll around 6pm today, they ran out of the crispy pork so I got bbq pork instead and the lady was kind enough to offer me pork and chicken crackling for my roll. The bread was fresh from the oven, crispy and delicious. Quite a rare experience to get a fresh bread after office hours but happy that they did. Good experience afterall, nice service, bbq pork was good too

The rolls are pretty good. Often a small queue at lunch time but it moves quickly. My favorite is the crispy pork roll. The pate is flavorful and the crispy pork has always been very crispy and tasty. However , don't expect friendly customer service as customer service is pretty much non existent here. Just get your food and go and enjoy.

More so 3.5 stars. Service is pretty good but the food is only average. Chips are never hot. Very affordable though.

I got the BBQ chicken roll, i always get it and had no issue before but 2 days ago it smelt off and like poo, ate all of it and not even 20 mins i started getting sick. Got a stomach bug never been so sick ever!

I am glad with the food, the sauce is delicious, the crispy chicken is crispy, the mayonaise is sweet, but however, the unimaginably rude seller (the women there) somehow can be extremely aggressive to customers. Like one time I specifically asked her not to put lettuce in my roll, and then she aggressively put lettuce 5 seconds later into my roll. I immediately confronted her as I cannot eat those veggies and then she gave me a death stare. This happens every single time I order as I always order not to put lettuce on my food. I dont know what struck them, but they do it to all customers every single day. There is no a single good day for them. I actually willing to be a loyal customer because of how affordable, quick servinf system, and delicious the food is, but because of the hostile and aggressive women servers there, I cannot enjoy those delicious food anymore now.

Person behind counter was in her phone while we ordered. Ordered 2 bbq chicken rolls and she gave us 2 rolls with a revolting slab of what looked like dried spam. We took them back, at which point she said that they didn't have enough bbq chicken to make 2 rolls. Had she hoped we wouldn't notice that she gave us something totally different? So gross.
