Service was friendly, the menu is a bit overpriced but not too bad for an airport. The portion size for the eggs Florentine is small for the price ($21), the big breakfast is more worth it ($22). Coffee is ok.
Breakfast was really superb at 7:30am in the morning for my group and I for our 8:50am flight. Service by Natalie and Mihin is great as well. Great view of the Virgin Australia runaway port as well. We had the Big Breakfast, Eggs Florentine, and Eggs your way! All 3 were all top notch, as sourdough were fresh and toasted, eggs were cooked to perfection. Meat eaters go for big breakfast, and vegetarians aim for the Eggs Florentine! Highly recommend it!
The Wagyu beef burger at Bistro 2020 is intensely packed with flavor. The meat cooked right to perfection and is juicy-ly tender. The prices are reasonable and the wait times are not too bad. I found the chips to be too much in terms of the amount to burger ratio, but served as a perfect accompaniment overall. Such a treat for those arriving or departing at the airport!
The Best Big Breakfast that I can remember having. Most have just one little piece of each item. This came with two eggs, two large pieces of today, plenty of bacon hash brown, tomatoe, a sausage and nicely grilled mushrooms. For $21 Aussie at an airport pretty good.
