Super friendly staff with great sitting area, a clean environment and good tasting flat whites here 👌

My friend and I had breakfast from here just because it’s conveniently located right beneath our hotel. The service was great, however I am a bit concerned about hygiene for some reason and the quality of the food. If you have a look at the Big Breakfast; canned beans, frozen hash browns, huge mushrooms, the bread was toasted a bit too much. It’s just isn’t the best. In the Eggs Benedict with Salmon, the salmon isn’t quite fresh as it should be. I know this for sure because I have been eating smoked salmon every morning in a row of 1.5 weeks. The sauce, was a bit too much and the poached egg didn’t had runny yolk instead it was over-boiled. . I was cutting into it as if I am carving into meat. Overall, not a great experience. Love the coffee pricing though. Quite reasonably priced.

Was looking for a sweet treat and was greeted in a nice friendly manner as soon as I walked in. She was super friendly and the Florentine was nice too - will go back to try more for sure 😁 Thanks!

The grilled chicken burger is genuinely one of the best burgers I've ever had. Was staying at the Meriton next door and needed something quick and easy, I was completely surprised by just how damn good that burger was.

Such a great cafe! Staff are so friendly! Food is amazing! The big breakfast is truly a big breakfast! Can’t go wrong here!

Been grabbing coffee and smoothies here a few times. Decent drinks and finally came back to try their wagyu beef burger... Burger looks great and is a good size. Flavorful but the patty was a bit dry or slightly over done. Nice chunky meat in the party served with a large slice of melted cheese. While the burger isn’t great, the chips are second to none! Really nice and crispy on the outside! I’d come back to try their brunch or breakfast dishes instead as everyone raves quite a bit of it.

Best coffee in Mascot and super friendly staff, let down a bit by the so-so ambiance of a hotel foyer. Still recommend for a quick and very nice breakfast/brunch.

Best Mocha in Mascot, probably even NSW! I come here for the delicious beverage and I return time and time again for the fantastic, friendly customer service. A real gem in an area packed with cafe's and coffee shops. The food menu is extensive and the bacon & egg roll is a real stand out. Do yourself a favour and come in and support this lovely business. You won't regret it.

Wanted to try this place for a while and it didn't dissapoint!<br/>Is not difficult to make a smoothie (but you'll be surprised how many places get it wrong) but Public Espresso is not one of them! Its was good and no ice cream or other stuff you don't want for breakfast.<br/>I ordered the smash avo and found the combination of radishes, avo, orange and raisins quite interesting... Had my doubts when I ordered it but once I looked at it and had a mouthfull I loved it!<br/>Good luck this place is around the corner, so once I'm on my maternity leave I'll be there more often!

I came in with my partner on a Sunday afternoon, and was met with exceptional service, Andre was our server today and he gave us great food recommendations, we ended up ordering the breakfast burger, which came with a hash-brown, the egg was cooked to perfection glisteningly sunny side up, with chorizo and bacon, however i have to mention that amazing sauce, which resembled a revamped big mac sauce.
