Never experienced such a rude service from a barrista, older man in his 50's who clearly hates his job. Asked for food which was behind the window counter, he refused to sell me the one that I wanted. Told me to get something else in a rude manner. A guy behind me was so shocked he also left. Avoid at all cost. He has no regards for customers.

Bought regular coffee and they charged and gave me large size. I’m so wondering how many customers dropped their coffee over there. The barista gave us the coffee without the Lid. And the coffee really really really EXTRA HOT (we don’t even ask for it) he gave me that coffee without the lid, when i tried to put the lid, and boom the coffee just burned my hand. The guy already saw it and pretended didn’t see it. Can you feel how hurtful it is?

Nobody at the counter rudely told to move around to another counter. Was trying to place order when aneven ruder young girl starts talking over me while I was ordering. She made the coffee like I was offending her. No manners whatsoever. How do people get a job in service industries with poor attitudes like this. Read the other reviews and an overall score of 2.5 stars says the owner needs to look at your business model and train your staff. Sydney Airport you don't need this negatively.

Coffee is WAY TOO HOT, milk was bubbly and the barista is WAY TOO SLOW. Just look at the reviews... a solid FAIL The till dude asked me if I was 22 years old... strange and random question. I'm not sure what he was trying to say. I was amazed at the rudeness of the barista. He missed my order then told me I'd missed it. I was watching him the whole time and I'm pretty sure he accidently tapped out my order when he slipped the pilots order in front of mine. I don't mind, but if you're gonna mess with the system, pay attention! The person beside me ordered a regular and instead received a large, and upon enquiry, was told that "in Australia we have chocolate on top of cappuccinos, you know?". A really angry guy who needs to work through some stuff. The lids leak, non bio packaging, the coffee is expensive. I would rather skip my coffee than ever go back here. Be warned!

Be warned DO NOT purchase anything from this cafe. Barista berated me and informed me that “I was extremely RUDE” because I went to collect my coffee order .It was 5.30am in the morning and I was the only customer waiting for coffee but that order was not for me !!!!Wow after spending $14 for two coffees I was shocked I apologised and informed him that as he was looking straight at me when he called the order I presumed it was for me . Once again he let me know “ how rude I was for not listening “

Absolutely disgusting service. When asking for a croissant the old man servicing went off at us for ordering it. Then when asking for a milkshake as advertised on the board he didnt want to make it. Terrible customer service and think you should really have a think about the staff you have working. When this happened 4 other customers walked away in disgust too.

I have never ever encountered such rude customer service. I normally don’t do reviews but this place really got on my nerve. The barista was super rude taking the order. He didn’t even make the order right. Worst ever cafe I have ever visited, worst customer service. 1 star is would be giving too much credit to this cafe.

Barista was lovely to me but the older man working there when I ordered peanut butter and jam on toast said something to the effect of “I would never eat that disgusting shit” 😳 I thought it was just a bad joke so I laughed it off and the barista made light of it as well. Then while I was waiting patiently for my toast (which took ages - unlike my coffee which came quickly so that was good) the barista asked me what I was waiting for - when I said toast, she asked the older man where the toast was. His response was angry “DOES SHE WANT IT COLD?!” Again I laughed it off as a quirky sense of humour until he turned around to her and said “I’m serious!? What does she want it cold?!” She had to tell him twice that I wasn’t me who asked where it was but it didn’t matter - when he handed it to me I said thank you and he scowled at me and walked away! Barista said “he hasn’t taken his meds this morning”…. Ya, no kidding. Honestly the rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered.
