Wood fired pizzas are fantastic. We also enjoyed a spaghetti bolognaise special. If you can grab the comfy bench seat it’s an easy place to charge your phone, have a drink and wait for the flight.

The problem with airport cafes is you have limited choice, which sets the bar very low for the suppliers. I ponder this while drinking a very average coffee and looking at a half eaten stale croissant on my plate. The manager is busy telling off a waitress for leaving a tray in the wrong place. She was the one who served me, she was quite nice.

Food took more than an hour to serve 2 burgers after having to remind staff numerous times. Many others who arrived after received food first. Good view though of the airport. Orange juice is mid

Careful of Over charging. They use a few small extra charges ($1-2) over advertised price, and (17.5%) public holiday surcharges on a normal day. Then blamed the customer for wanting a refund of the overcharge. Horrible start to a holiday.

Solid food in not a little expensive. Helpful staff

Pretty good quaily food. Very high prices. Good coffee and pastries like France. Great place to watch A380 planes check in and out while waiting for the planes. Staff pretty friendly. Credit card surcharge is payable. Pretty much paying for the rental. Overall food is very good. Break lunch available

2 storey cafe~ order food from downstairs, staff will get it deliver to u if u r in 2/f. Bit pricey, iced water with lemon available, serve urself. Overall ok

45 dollars for a beer and a double vodka. That’s just thievery. I know you’re going to get fleeced at an airport. But I don’t expect to be robbed.

$alads are all good; some are better than others. My favourite is beet root salad. The beetroot itself is delicious and has enough hardness left to enjoy and bite into it. Just taste the green leaves. Every ingredient in every salad is delicious and fresh. Have soup before the winter is over. It changes every day. Most soups are vegetarian. All soups are good ; some are better than others. Express in Food Court could use more patronage. Prices are a bit higher because fresh ingredients taste much better and cost more to buy and prepare. The portions served are miserly. This is to increase the profit margin. Soup should be at least 3 ladles. Compared to what is available on the market place, KbM is the only place at the airport which offers amazing and exquisite food. KbM probably is one of the best in Sydney. I do not eat in Sydney because all Sydney restaurants are a waste of my money.

so excited to be recommended to Kitchen by Mike.. Epic fail so so disappointed.. myself and friend ( whom i was bragging onto about this apparently amazing place)arrived 10.30 am A really beautiful establishment " so i thought we were in for a real treat" ( please dont disappoint?) how wrong was i they werent busy at all, absolutely no atmosphere " no music , no aknowledgement at all, all staff looked miserable, finally got waitress,s attention asked for some water only to be told its over ther go help yourself ! while young waiter hangin at the water station pretending to be busy " not"what the hell is all the fuss about??? my coffee was good☺️and then our food came ..( extremely small breakfast menu" and overpriced ) had to put my glass,s on to actually see if anything on the plate! seriously never goin back! waste of our time and money As a chef i wanted my tastebuds to be teased and tantalised only to be left hungry and disatisfied . overated big time!

A place at the international airport that makes fresh food, great coffee, isn’t a ripoff and has great staff - this is the place!

The map on the wall boasts where they procure their ingredients. Well if the ham in the ham sandwich came from Lucas Meats in Bronte then I think they would get better quality from Aldi! What a rip off for a toastie ham cheese and plastic ham for $12!

What a disappointment. I’ve ordered the classic breakfast, both of my poached eggs were over-cooked and the pork chipolatas were dry AF. The only saving grace was the bacon.
Matt Lymbery
Staff/ service was ok, food was on the average side and expensive. Toast burnt and dry, bacon that shattered and was salty AF, and the poached eggs were somehow over done and underder cooked. Hard yellows and still gooey/ translucent whites.

A great way to start a trip, with a healthy, filling, tasty meal! Service was efficient and the staff were happy to help with any questions about the food. If you are unsure about any menu items or ingredients, be sure to ask before you order as there is plenty of staff to help and it could easily avoid a misunderstanding. It's a restaurant in an international airport in a major city, and prices are reflective of that and fair. A comfortable dining room to sit and enjoy a great meal.

Kitchen by Mike Sydney airport. Way overpriced. Two avocado toast (one with soft poached egg at $4), one tea and one flat white $53. Food took 20 minutes to arrive. Food was tasty enough but nothing special. First and last visit. Check out other food outlets at the airport before going anywhere near this place. I have already advised a friend travelling next week to give this place a wide berth.

Exorbitant over-charging for the most basic food. $12 bought me 3 small slices of toast with a totally insufficient amount of butter and rather ordinary jam that barely covered 2 of the slices. The price of a plain croissant with no butter or jam? $7! What a crook the owner of this business must be. Were I by myself and not forced to come here by my family, I wouldn’t darken the doorway. Addendum Watch out, because they monitor your posts if you are in the cafe and then a man comes to your table to explain their “pricing structure” and won’t leave when you ask him to do so several times. I got a bit rude with him in the end, at which he lost his temper with me. Great service training.

Had a stopover on an early morning fright flight from Canberra before going on internationally, stopped for some breakfast and it was great, quick service, lovely fresh food . Sourdough toast was a little bit tough to cut through but I guess that is the nature of sourdough food was absolutely delicious.

The rudest service by far in a long time by the girl at the register. Rude and disrespectful on top of shamfully overpriced food. Will never visit again.
Renee Kerstens
The food, coffee & service at the airport location needs to be reviewed, and by a manager that can assist the team in this location. The girls on seemed to try and do a good job but I seen no leader guiding and insufficent training in place.

Be careful of the vegetarian option at the counter. Burned pastry and tomato aith an undercooked egg atop. And 14 bucks too. Sure the rest is fine though.

$5.20 for a small coffee that was luke warm and weak! What a rip off!
Paul Faruge Farrugia
Amazing food, nice relaxed restaurant, staff are great, head chef has done an amazing job. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious fruit toast with ricotta and honeycomb. ....hot cup of tea. ...heaven.

What a rip off!! $82.80 for 3 small juices, 3 small buns with bacon and a poached egg on. Shame on you!!
