Not really worth the price tag, customer service was okish

Completely non-veg menu and drinks. Welcoming staff, good setup to sit during wait for your flight. Good people and good service. Just next to 8th gate, very good one Highly recommended

They let me bring my Hungry Jacks in. Dude called me brother 3 times. First class beer pouring

Wow. One of the worst displays of customer service I've witnessed in a long time. Customer ordered flat white coffee. Staff member Carmen presented customer with a cappuccino. When customer repeated her order Carmen tried to get customer to take cappuccino. Customer insisted on correct order and Carmen begrudgingly made the flat white slamming things around and shooting death stares at the customer.

Had pre flight beer here for $10. Nice seats though

Only veggie food was in gluten free bread and extortionate prices. When handling vegetarian food also used meat tongs while heating next to meat food. What a rip off, just because in the airport. Also sign is deceiving, shows picture of pizza but doesn't sell it. Fruit salad was good though

Amazing caring staff - Gabby<br/>After dining there I realised my cabin luggage was missing and Gabby (staff) was very kind to help me find it. They offered to check their cameras. Gabby acted with empathy, this kindness and service is above and beyond. <br/>I had a meal - pizza which was fresh and made promptly.

Great staff and great tasting coffee.<br/>Loved the breakfast options and would recommend to anyone traveling from terminal 3 Sydney. Will definitely be back next time.

Coffee at the airport terminal, right at the Gate. Expectations weren't high. The coffee was too hot, watery and lacked a real kick. Expensive. So not recommended, unless you are despite for a caffeine fix like I was.

The coffee was burned and undrinkable, even though I went at a very quite time. <br/><br/>The service was fake and saccharin. <br/><br/>Don't bother for coffee: go to Toby's estate nearby.

Grabbed a coffee here today before my flight. Surprisingly it was really good. <br/><br/>And for $5.30c one would hope it was an amazing coffee lol<br/><br/>The food looked really average here so I won't be eating here today!

Before we ordered, we asked how long it would be for 2x big breakfasts as we had to board our flight back to Melbourne within 20min. We were told 10min. After ~18min, we asked and we're told "39 seconds". As food came out, we had the chance to eat a single piece of bacon and then run for our flight with the message on the screen "flight closed".<br/><br/>If you tell a customer 10 minutes, they expect 10 minutes. It's an airport - you must deliver to our expectations and not leave us paying $42 to eat virtually nothing because you were unorganised and late.

Not sure how they made these scrambled eggs taste so bland. I don't even eat toast but it's pretty odd they don't butter it either. Service was hit and miss.

Rude noisy staff. Stopped here with my family for a drink after a lovely weekend in Sydney whilst waiting for our flight. This bar is located conveniently near boarding gates however the staff are rude and the place is left extremely dirty. We sat close to the bar and the waiter insisted on throwing empty beer bottles in the bin until they smashed into 100 pieces numerous times which was totally unnecessary for everyone looking for a quiet time!! Go anywhere else for a drink but here!!

Great place to wait for flight. This is a great place to have a drink while waiting to board a flight. Big TV, the coffee was good and staff very friendly.

After a 14 hour flight from rio good to get a good coffee...
