Review Domino's Pizza - Mascot

Very efficient and tasty Domino's. Only qualm is that the thin crust is much too thin to enjoy. But I assume this is more of a company issue.

Decent place. Amount of toppings are fairly inconsistent but the service is friendly and usually accurate with their orders. Drivers are on time and nice too and food has usually arrived on time.

Quality and communication always excellent from here. I actually had an issue with a pizza tonight and spoke with Owen who kindly remade the pizza and sorted the issue himself. Amazing customer service 👍🏻 Keep up the good work Dominos Mascot!

Order took 2 hours to arrive. Called twice and was told it was 10 mins away. Pizza arrived cold, with no sauce and thick instead of thin base. Terrible experience.

Absolute joke of a delivery service. A Tibetan monk would rage if they had to order from Domino's. I ordered pizza at 7 PM on 6/5/22. Noticed my order was completed without anyone ringing up to the apartment. Called in to be told that on-foot deliveries are not trackable and would be delivered soon. Waited 40 minutes to ask about my delivery and was told that they were making my order again and it would be delivered in 10 minutes. I called in again after waiting 30 minutes only to be put on hold indefinitely. Being only human, I relented and succumbed to exhaustion. It is now 11PM and I am hungry and angry. What did the delivery man do with my pizzas? Is he tossing them of rooftops? Perhaps feeding the pidgeons? The only thing I know for sure, I'm not getting any pizza tonight. Where is my pizza Domino's?

Ordered in store, waited for over an hour on 17 March, 8.15pm to 9.20pm. I went up to the counter asked 3 staffs for my order, they kept going to the back to check my order but they couldn't find my name and no one bothered to check my order. After that I couldn't catch any of their attention, it's as if they were avoiding me. I had to raise my voice to let them know how long I've been waiting and even that they manage to ignore. One staff finally came up to me and said my order wasnt put through. The lady who put my order through was Evelyn. No apologies from her and she tried to give me another pizza under a different name. Disappointing experience.

Burnt 🥵 cheesy garlic bread burnt lava cake that doesn’t even have lava in the middle it’s completely dry

Bought a pizza and sides for lunch while there was a deal on. Good price but there was way too much topping sauce on the pizza. The BBQ sauce was overpowering and I couldn't taste much else. Even after I tried removing some of the sauce myself, it was was still overpowering.. Also it's a shame I cant add a note to my online order to ask for a light amount of sauce.

The topping amount is standard but the base is soooo dry. Like biscuits. I think I would just make my own at home... @Xihuahua 🐶 likes my pizza better.

Food was more than 1 hour and 30 minutes late. I tried ringing up a number of times but they just kept putting me on hold. They then proceeded to block me. When I got through on my friends phone and asked to speak to a manager he/she didn’t want to speak. They then proceeded to give me a 1.25L Pepsi (an item that costs less than $2 for them) as compensation for this disgraceful service. I hate Pepsi.

One hour late! Staff extremely rude when I called them and kindly asked when my order was coming. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Never coming here again from this horrible experience.

putrid cold food! 25 mins late missing drinks. Rude service over the phone when i called to ask where my order was.<br/><br/>When i called a second time, about the missing drinks, I was told too bad they are out of stock and closing.<br/><br/>so they take my money deliver cold food and no Drinks!<br/><br/>...Oohh but next time I get a free drink. LOL, Never a next time Dominos!!!!!! NEVER! ROTTEN TO THE CORE.

Ordered my pizza in store at 21.05, at 21.20 the lady that ordered after me already pick up hers so i ask the staff for mine. The staff's looking for it but can't find mine. The annoying thing is he did not say anything he just went back and ask other customer. So i ask another staff to check mine, it turns out my order is already done but they give it to a wrong person. After that the guy told me to wait 5 minute but then again after 5 minute i still havent got mine. They still doing others orders and not priotizing the ones that's late. At 21.45 i ask them again for my pizza n the guy was like "hey, where's order for christina!" I can't even say a word anymore. My pizza's done at 21.48.<br/>They've waste my 1 hour, they don't have a good management system because they did not prioritizing the ones that's wrong. Really dissapointed.

Maybe it’s harsh to judge this specific dominos franchise as I’ve never eaten at any before. But this really shouldn’t be described as ‘food’. Yes the ‘pizza’ was hot and fairly large and covered in ‘toppings’. But the taste was strangely hollow. Yes I was putting ‘food’ in my mouth but I have no idea what I was actually eating. The taste was almost like plastic, fake meat sprayed with obscenely manufactured tasting sauces. The ultimate punishment is waking up the next morning feeling like I have the worst hangover. At least this has made me swear never to eat this repulsive excuse for ‘food’ ever again.

Most disgusting pizza i have ever had. It was beyond pathetic, i didnt even know i was eating. <br/>Their large pizza is freaking so small and such a rip off.<br/>

Charging up to $5-8 for a slice for pizza at the Mascot Food Festival. Disgraceful when compared to their $5 whole pizza deals. Great to have 2 woodfire pizza places around to avoid having to go to domino's

This store is located bang opposite the Bourke Street entry/exit to Mascot station. I was surprised to find it almost devoid of customers, even on a Saturday!<br/><br/>It has some seating inside, and that's always a plus in my books because I don't prefer takeaways. I ordered a Spicy Veggie Trio, with a can of Coca Cola Zero. The guy taking my order made a mistake while entering my name, in spite of me having spelt it out for him. Not really a big deal, but these little things can sometimes make a difference.<br/><br/>The pizza, as always, was yummy! Service was ok, I got it in 12 minutes or so. This outlet can be a good place to drop in.<br/><br/>Food - 4.5/5<br/>Service - 3.5/5<br/>Ambiance - 3.5/5<br/>Value for money - 4.5/5<br/>Overall - 4/5

I've gotten pizzas a few times from this branch, and the results are very inconsistent. Sometimes it's decent, but more times it is very disappointing. When you get pizzas, you expect the topping to cover most of the pizzas, right? From this branch, you only get 1/3 of the pizzas covered with toppings. What is up with that? The toppings are so sparse together and paying full price on those just seems so hard to swallow.<br/><br/>I recommend trying to go nearby branches instead to his one. Very disappointing.

Cheesy Garlic Bread & Churros !<br/><br/>On a fine evening while returning from office thought of stepping in this all time favourite outlet and try something else apart from pizza.<br/>A perfect blend of garlic over the bread and right amount of cheese and baked to the right crisp made it perfectly awesome that evening. I have always been eating churros and various places, but after eating at dominos, I have become a fan of Churros. Perfect sweetness and the chocolate dip made an awesome desert for that evening. Loved it..
