Came here for dinner Saturday 7th May across the road from Maroubra Beach. I hadn’t been here since 2014. The owner faintly remembered me from when I popped in between 2012-14 that made me happy. Can’t speak to the pasta but Elias’ pizza is exceptional. Not wood-fired but great all the same, fresh bases and ingredients, cooked to perfection every time. Always friendly service too. Can’t speak highly enough of the place so let’s call this a seven-star review out of five.

Elias Gourmet Pizza is very health tradition oven pizza. The pizzas are generously topped and are never oily and greasy. Very clean shop and friendly management.

I ordered a pasta dish - carbonara, and it was not worth feeding to the dog. It looked like a microwaved TV dinner from the supermarket. It was watery and tasted like cr*p. Don't know about the pizza's but the pastas are rubbish.

Chicken Gourmet pizza is the best by far. Trust my words. Better than any other pizza ever made. Great Service. Very friendly people

Amazing food, Friendly staff. This is the best pizza and pasta restaurant in Sydney! Have tried everywhere but this place is next level. Definitely recommend others to give it a try!

This is some of the best ribs and pizza I have had in Sydney. Great to see a small business with an owner that takes pride in his craft. Quality ingredients and really fresh. I’ve had the ribs 8-10 times and the supreme pizza maybe 5 times. The meat lovers bbq is good too. Do the ribs with sweet chi
