Frank and family have run this place for years, homemade coffee,cakes and hot food are really tasty and well priced. Great place to grab your milk, bread or bait from without the hassle of parking etc at the supermarket. One of the last true family Milkbars in Perth.

The cakes are delicious, especially my personal favourite, the lemon meringue. Tick for food and drinks. But the shop does need some cleaning and renovating. The green is iconic in Maylands, but the green is also very dirty looking. Overall, the food is what matters and deserves a descent score.

For all customers who Are picking up their HUBBED deliveries and get foul attitude from the lady who processes them for not having their pick up card; please note that I have contacted the delivery company who have confirmed that it is not needed as long as you have a valid Australian Passport/Drive

Unsanitary and the food was very expensive but not great. It is advertised as late night take away but it closes at 8pm. All in all not very good and wouldn't go a second time

Nice little corner store some good tasty food bit over priced and very dark maybe turn a few lights on always good service but closes to early
