the staffs were friendly and helpful. (but the frozen coke was a bit too less. just around 60% of the bottle. check the photos)

Look, I don't usually expect much from Macca's, and I get that the burgers don't always look like the pictures. Though my 'Double Beef and Bacon' from Maylands McDonalds was pretty nasty. It was cold too. Disappointed. See pics.

A total chaotic and messy place. - Toilets are unclean - Staff are a group of teenagers who play and mix things without any supervision

Not possible to give a 0 so am begrudgingly giving a 1. Ordered via uber eats and half the order was missing on arrival after calling multiple times (no answer ) out of sheer principle drove to store take note store was dead so unsure as to why we don’t answer phones was given two half filled flat warm cokes to reimburse ones missing couldn’t drink them wouldn’t give to my dog who I love very much. Avoid at all costs Morley is just down the road. Do better, be better.

Apparently the cheese belongs outside the burger and the iced latte came with a large piece of yellow plastic in it. Ordered from maylands McDonald's and delivered by Deliveroo, reported to Deliveroo and there solution was a $1.40 refund as compensation.

McDonald's Maylands 24hours???? It is closed for I don't know how long every day when I go between 2 and 3 am at best makes it 23 hours but should be open 3am to 2am false advertising. Hungry jacks or pie from 7/11 no more maccas

I hope management actually read this because the way this place is ran is horrible. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting bay after ordering through driver through, and it wasn’t even busy. Had someone ask us 2 times in the 20 minutes what we ordered, chips undercooked and still got pickle in my burger when I asked for no pickle. May seem like a small thing but after working in fast food for years myself, you don’t know what people are allergic to and when they don’t ask for something regardless of what it is, should be taken seriously, and that involves the customer is paying for what they want.

I've been here about 4 or 5 times this year as it's the McDonald's on the way home. All these times I have had cold stale fries. Burgers are fine for McDonald's but never had warm and not stale fry

All I can say is check what you’ve ordered and then check what you’ve received. They almost have a perfect record for never giving me what I’ve ordered. Any special order or change is stuffed up. Too focussed on speed rather than quality. Ray Croc must be turning in his grave.

OMG... 1,2,3,4,5 - but 10 times. Horrible customer service. One staff took only half of my order but he rudely accused me for not being clear.<br/><br/>Hello if you weren't sure what I've ordered - just ask again mate!<br/><br/>Very unhappy!

Order didnt made properly. We order the meal with special orde and they put wrong sauce instead of extra spicy mayo they put double amount of mayo anf they charge for sauce 1$ and fries were so cold it was not busy but service was not good the manager should know thier jobs towards the customer

McCafe. Great coffee but beware of the overweight red headed barista... just gave me a mouthful because i didn't hear her say my coffee was ready. i'm 90% deaf.

Where are mature managers at these fast food dives that would pull the kids into line. Watch your order and do check that you have all your order in the brown paper bag, as more often than not, they miss something out because the kids are having a party behind the counter while serving up. Food not as good as advertised either. Dismal affair.
