Review Ind’o’mex - McLaren Vale

We were drawn to going here seeing as the menu is a mix of Indian and Mexican. On the main rd in McLaren Vale. Easy street parking. Loved the fire heater outdoors. Really nice vibe, colourful decor. Food was nice, we had tacos. We also ordered 3 amigos chips which were average. Enjoyed my Cardamon rose Lassi 💕 Service was good. Went here a second time and ordered Indian food which was SO good! Will definitely return, great food.

Awesome food, awesome hospitality, awesome venue. The kind of place where you feel like you could be sitting in a restaurant in another country. And our Host Steph is the best. We had a large group in recently and she took care of our mad Family so perfectly. Nailed the service, all with a huge smile and brilliant personality. The food is authentic ,clean and very tasty...and love the fusion menu... Love everything about this place.... Highly recommended... Do it

They can probably introduce some fusion dishes. Expected that and it got us disappointed. Other than that the food is as good as other chain outlets such as GYG and Zambrero. Didn’t try any Indian dishes though. Ambience - 5/5 Food quantity - 4/5 Innovation - 0/5 Food quality - 3/5 Service - 5/5

Really really terrible food quality. we waited an hour for and they did not give us warning that it would take that long. No cutlery for takeaway. Honestly, McDonald’s is better than this joint. Do not attend…

we ordered enchiladas, jalapeno poppers and three amigo fries. very flavourful and they are big portions. staff are friendly and service was quick. thank you!

The curries were great, but maybe avoid the Mexican? Prawns were awful, and the margaritas were worse! Frozen (not mentioned on the menu) and zero booze...I read a reply from the restaurant to another review that said 'cocktails are for flavour, not for kick'...come on...if that's the case, why are they $40? Also, we mentioned our qualms to the staff, they didn't seem that bothered!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today, everything we ate was wonderful and the service was exceptional!! The highlights were the braised beef tacos, vegetable samosas and beef rogan josh, everything was fresh and plated beautifully! I also enjoyed a dirty lassi cocktail which was mouthwatering! A special shout out to our waitress Kirat Who was very friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend Ind O Mex enough!

Great food and the staff were amazing. We had tea there a couple of nights in the same week. Great choice of Indian and Mexican dishes.

We ate here last night and chose to eat Mex! Unusual, particularly as it is evidently more Indian focussed but we were not disappointed. All of our choices were well cooked & presented. Service was timely & attentive. We will definitely return to try out the Indian cuisine, which smelled deliciously tempting!

Just ordered take away tonight For starter wrong time we asked for 6 online partner gets call at 5.30 ready Then no rice on side I order enchilada hardly any sauce on top Then it’s filled with meat and lettuce, All the pork shoved at bottom with onion? On menu it says flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of meat then cheese and sauce on top We won’t be ordering from here again Not authentic and think they are using Indian spiced meat in the tacos ( green sauce) tequila and tacos port Noarlunga all the way!

had both a mexican dish and an indian dish, both were divine. Will definitely be our go-to place for a meal when we're in McLaren Vale

Great service, amazing food! Had the lamb Korma and cheesy garlic naan. Delicious! So lucky to have an amazing indian restaurant so close to home and offer delivery! Highly recommend :)

We had all u can eat Mexican Sunday night omg the flavour was awesome I could taste my meal for a good 15 min after I finished mmmm... I’ll be back 😎

We had the Mexican and it wasn't really authentic. Meat tasted like it had curry in it, not chilli, and they cut the tortillas into triangles which made it really hard to eat the fajitas how they are supposed to be eaten. Indian food good.

Had the Indian Buffet, 1st was average as no spicy curries we’re on display so we asked the Chef to put out a Beef Vindaloo & we came back with a table of 12 & we all loved the Spicy Vindaloo 🌶🌶🌶 if you keep that out on ya buffet we’ll be back for sure. Also the Gulab Juman (Sponge Balls) dessert would be so much nicer served warm instead of cold, just saying 👌🏻
