Just ordered McSpicy and this was what it looked liked. The patty is as small as only half of the bun. Took it to the cashier to ask to remake a proper one. The manager at 4pm on 2 May told me this is how they make, nothing wrong with this. He put some lettuce on top as I told him it was not enough

Went in at 5:30 before starting work. Had to wait 5 minutes before being let in, got to the counter the girl did not acknowledge me but to the point I had to ask to be served and she signed and said she’s busy … it’s 5:30 and I want two coffees … has absolutely no people skills and it’s the rudest b

My wife and I finish work about 12 am and swing by on our way home. Other places aren't serving but this one does. Jasmine who works the drive thru is lovely.

Very hit-and-miss service…most of the staff are really friendly but one female McCafe worker was extremely rude and sarcastic to me even though I was polite to her. Food and coffee is generally very good, just need to train your McCafé workers to be polite to customers who are being polite to them!

Very poor service in store. Staff memo came off her break to serve me.(excellent plus service). All other “team” members were looking after drive through clients.

1:30pm Wed 20/7 one time code 3133. Worst Macca's Ever! Took 20mins getting through drive through, no salad side had to take fries, burger dry & unappealing. Called manager to window as she passed & politely mentioned long delay & lack of salad, she looked at me like I was silt & without a word turn
