Decent brunch place. Coffee is good, and the breakfasts are well made. Went on a Sunday morning, and the service was quite fast.
Chai latte with soy milk was good. Service was good and the staff were very nice and friendly. Very convenient. Prices were reasonable for chai latte.
Went here with the family as we had a voucher in the entertainment book. Good selection of cakes. Milkshakes and iced chocolates served in a trend glass. I was glad they weren’t too big but they were expensive. Enjoyed my coffee and being able to sit inside a cafe in a shopping centre.
Just love this place. Really enjoy the coffee there. Staffs are really nice and friendly :) I always grab a cup of latte here when I go shopping at Westfield.

Friendly service and surprisingly good coffee for a chain cafe. We ordered a regular salad for about $11 (other option was small for $5.50) and when the salad came I was a little disappointed at how small it was. However it was substantial enough as it had generous amounts of pumpkin, capsicum and other goodies.
First time here , came in for a late lunch & afternoon tea . I had a matcha latte ,which didn't content any sugar and I was happy with it cause it goes well with my tiramisu . My hubby had a latte & fried calamari which was amazing good ! It's fresh and serves as big chunky pieces. Very unique & flavorful . Friendly & pretty waitresses :)
Dropped in with a group of five, and was given lovely service from the get-go. We ordered food to share, which surpassed our expectations. Staff service was great to the very end, and they were very tolerant and mindful of the small child we had with us, and made us feel welcome. Much recommended, will return.
Consistently excellent breakfast, coffee and cakes. Friendly helpful staff and good location. Maybe the best cafe in Knox with the variety of food and the quality and consistency of coffee (and variety of GF items). Kids just love the place. It's an absolute must if you are in the area.
There's some good places in the Ozone for breaky, but this definitely gives them a run for their money! Romano's sits just outside Kmart on the top floor. They've done a great job, from the design of cafe to their very appealing menu. (sit down and take away items in the fridge). Very reasonably priced too. most dishes are $13-$15.
I ordered the Smashed Avocado with Goat's cheese and Poached Eggs. It tasted great! Good quality multi-grain sourdough and the addition of Beetroot Pesto, which was spread on it. The flavors worked so well. They give you 2 pieces of toast and two eggs (loaded with smashed Avo and beet pesto!), which is quite filling, but I didn't care in the end. Ate all of it! My partner got the Eggs Royale and said it was very nice. Flavour attack! The other dishes that i saw come out looked equally as impressive. Will absolutely be going back.
Amazin service: There was always a waitress making sure if I needed anything. The food was also sent out fast.

Great coffee and food. Deli is always stocked up with freshly made wraps / focaccias. Been here more times for a coffee than food and never been disappointed.
Best Coffee Shop in Knox.. Wonderful coffee and the highest selection of food and cakes but what really wins it is the delightful and friendly staff that make you feel so at home. The owner, manager and staff go out of there way to make this place work.
Food left a bit to be desired with only warm spinach and cheese slice and the special of frtters and eggs had fairly ordinary fritters. Great coffee and toasties. The service robot is very impressive and keeps the kids amused

I took my family to this cafe for lunch one Sunday. The food was very nice. I love the big fat chips that were crunchy outside and fluffy inside. I recommend the chicken parma and grilled barramundi. The fresh lightly dressed salad on the side complimented well. The coffee was good too.
Enjoyed the big breakfast. Well cooked, friendly staff, and acommodating to enhance the experience. Score based on big breakfast only. Easy access via the roof Kmart carpark.
Was going to order the Romano's Ultimate Breakfast but chose the smaller Big Breakfast which was a generous portion size, well cooked. The chorizo was delicious. Hard to fault, the elements were good.
Iced Vietnamese coffee was ok. Needed more ice which was provided when requested. Stronger coffee to match the expectation of a Vietnamese coffee would have resulted in a higher rating.
Aussie Burger with the chips was ok. Burger was average. Needed more sauce and more flavour in the patty. The chunky chips were crispy and soft and fluffy inside. A good chip!
Friendly staff and pleasant surrounds. However staff need to understand an "extra hot" coffee is just that not warm, sometimes disappointing on that front.
