This place is for Australian people who want the feeling of America. It just has that american feeling about it and the food quality is great. Does struggle a little bit with large crowds on weekends and Friday nights, but it's worth the 10 minute wait to get in. Overall really nice place with great food and even a massive concrete bar which is a little bit like fro-yo.
Love their Betty’s special burger. It’s so yummy and the service is too good. Great range of milkshakes that will make your day. Budget friendly venue.
Highly recommended!
Great service, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We didn’t wait long for the food and everything tastes lovely.

A work colleague of mine was keen for a naught burger lunch so we headed down to Betty’s for fried chicken burgers. Really good soft style burgers with plenty of freshness about them and we had hardly any wait either which could be down to the time of year being early January, and the fact that plenty of New Years resolutions were yet to be broken. Chips were ok too so would definitely come back to this location again. Have been told this place is packed on theatre matinee days so best avoid Wednesday lunch.
Must try burgers.....ppl who hate burgers will absolutely love this place....recommended for Indian pallet since they fry the chicken real well...and the marination is lipsmacking
First time here in a group of eight for a quick snack. Very friendly staff, very clean interior and very efficient ordering and quick prep of ford and drinks to table. I head the crispy chicken supreme, very nice, non greasy, not a large burger but more than enough to satisfy a hunger. The fries were ok and a little small portion sized. NIce fit out inside and clean inside. Will be back to try something else.
The burgers are soooo good here - satisfying grub feed. Totally worth paying $16 for the classic stack. The cheese in the mushroom patty totally elevated the burger. However, the serving of onion rings was pretty tragic. We literally got five decent sized onion rings that tasted as if they’d been out for a while. They barely filled the cup it came in. Unless we just got a bad serving, I wouldn’t recommend paying $6 for 5 lame onion rings.
Betty’s burgers & Concrete Co you have my heart❤️
Very good burger , nicely done patty and bun . The cheese mushroom fried patty took the fun away hence the 4 star
Kept it simple with Betty's Classic and was totally satisfied.
The smashed patty has a nice crust with good beefy flavour.
The fresh slice of tomato and the sauce rounds out that burger with a bit of juiciness.
The brioche bun is toasted on the grill, slightly crisp and slightly sweet.
Together, each bite is a mix of freshness from the lettuce and tomato, beefiness, and richness from the cheese. Great burger!
Honestly one of the best restaurants in Australia! Absolutely in love with the classic! Looks tiny but it can fill me up
10/10 extremely high quality. They have the best onion rings in town I've had so far. I'll be coming back many many times. absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends.
Delicious burgers, a little expensive, burger + fries will set you back around $20. But still worth it in my oppinion.
The sides are good too, my favourite are the onion rings.
Have not tried the concrete.
This is a LEGIT burger. My husband and I are big burger fans and have tried many of the places touted as ‘Melbourne’s best burger’, only to come away disappointed. Although Betty’s has been on the list for a while, I didn’t hold high hopes in a chain. However, this is one of the best burgers in the city, for sure. Delicious well cooked meat with a nice char. I would say close to, if not on par with Shake Shack, which I have been known to run across the Dubai airport for. I will definitely be back. The Cookie Butter concrete was also delicious!
Love the online ordering option, it really helps make it a convenient work lunch option.
Overall they produce pretty good burgers with fresh produce.
Markdown for the smaller portions and brioche buns.
Another burger joint in the CBD (and a much needed addition to Exhibition Street). It’s apparently been open for 2 months and I had no idea after walking past it many, many times. At night the red neon light is on, which probably helped! We went for the classic stack and chicken supreme (?) burgers with chips and a vanilla shake. They’re tasty and presented well. The shakes are a tad too small to be charging $8 a pop, but suckers like me still buy them. Overall, a decent meal but at over $50 for 2 lots of burgers and chips with a drink, it’s definitely not cheap for an easy meal.

Very popular place during lunch time. About 30 minutes wait to order ..
Staff 5/5
Deco . Ambiance 5/5
Speed 5/5
Food 3/5
Price 3/5 expensive for simple burger
I gave 4 stars for the chicken burger - it was hot, fresh, crunchy and juicy. Forget the fries for $5, you can get better at Hungry Jacks and KFC or grab some sweet potato fries from Nandos up the street. Will def go back to have a different burger and maybe one of the insane desserts!
They have the freshest burgers and the most friendliest staff, I recommend going here with your family as there is a wide range of burgers, thick shakes and concretes to enjoy! However it is pretty pricey but worth it. The shroom burger is 10/10. Juicy af
Enjoyed the burgers. Classic, simple but well cooked. Shout out to our server Victoria who looked after us like it was her own dining room. Regards from the guys at Laurent Bakery Lt Collins St :) @gerrycharis
This place does the best mushroom burger!! And the strawberry milkshake is amazing.. the staff were super lovely and friendly too..Will definitely be back
The food here was really tasty, I had the spicy chicken burger and fries to go.
I found the floor staff really friendly too, but the girl behind the counter needs to learn a thing or two about customer service! She didn’t look at me at all, cut in halfway through my order so I had to repeat myself and altogether seemed to be in a bad mood. Anyway, I would definitely eat here again... just hopefully with some friendlier staff.
Quite the queue even after one week since launch. Despite that they were quite organised and had staff on deck for every step of the way. It is fitted out very nicely to go with its theme and the staff were super friendly.
I got Betty's classic stack (which I've had before at their previous location) which had a beef patty and a mushroom croquette. It's all about the crispness of that croquette filled with cheesy mushroom, to die for. A criticism I'd make is the bun was slightly cold, my colleague reported that his one was very cold. It's still early days so mistakes are bound to happen and did not damper my experience. I also got fries on the side, thin chips with the skin on to give it that rustic taste.
They also understand that you might want your concrete at the end of your meal so just make it known to the staff and you can hail one of them down to place the order. I got their lemon raspberry cheesecake concrete which got the nod of approval from the cashier. I concur, it was pretty amazing, in fact I think their whole concrete range is quite unqiue and creative. The combination of sourness, acidity, gummy textures from the cheesecake and crunchiness from the crumble. The vanilla concrete was pretty smooth also, two thumbs up.
Welcome addition to this side of the CBD, I'm sure it's a hit with the white collar clientele here.
