Meatmaiden was a steakhouse conveniently located in the middle of the CBD. We were there for lunch and ordered the grilled steak with Wagyu tongue and leek ricotta tart for the starters. The steak was pretty good although a bit too done/not as tender as I’d prefer it to be. The Wagyu tongue was delicious, and the ricotta tart was well balanced with its hollandaise sauce. It was a bit dark inside the restaurant but the ambiance was pretty cool; modern and classy yet still cosy. Service was friendly.
Dined here for an anniversary dinner a month back. Great ambience and service.
Started off with the tartare, followed by sherbet gimlet and eye fillet.
Will definitely be coming back
Loved it. The meat was soo delicious, a definite must for meat lovers. Great choice of starters and sides too with attentive service and casual atmosphere.
I’d been to meat maiden before and hadn’t really enjoyed it but this visit had me impressed. Caught up with a friend for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was fairly empty but had a few tables occupied. I was greeted promptly and with a friendly smile. We ordered two Kobe wagyu steaks, Mac and cheese, chips and charred vegies. There was a bit of a wait for food but there usually is with steaks. Personally felt the steaks were a little undercooked, medium rare was more rare, and medium was very much medium rare. Overall I still enjoyed my steak (I don’t mind it rarer), it was tender and easy to eat. It was lightly seasoned and loved the mushroom sauce. Mac and cheese was another delight. The pasta was still somewhat al dente, unlike some other Mac and cheese dishes that are quite soggy and have no substance. The charred vegies were tasty but personally felt the broccoli were slightly undercooked. The chips were a little hit and miss, great aioli but seemed like fresh chips had been mixed in with old chips. Overall and great experience and fair price for quality steak.
Best steak I’ve ever had.
This place had a great atmosphere and was packed with people who had just finished work in the CBD. Food was great, service was great, the only thing I did not 100% like about the place was that it was quite dark being undergrounds and it got quite stuffy and hot.
Went to meatmaiden for a Saturday lunch. Loved the vibe of this place - it’s an basement restaurant with really cool decor.
🍴ordered pork and gruyere croquettes, smoked brisket, wagyu eye fillet, lobster Mac and cheese, wood fired chicken, chopped beef tartare, burnt ends, chips and fries with rosemary salt and green leaves, shaved radish, citrus dressing.
💁🏼♀️service was good. We were greeted upon arriving. Drinks and food order taken promptly. Staff were friendly.
Food:
1. Lobster Mac n Cheese, Bisque (5/5)
2. Rangers Valley Tomahawk Bone-In Rib Eye 3+ (4/5)
3. Kobe Wagyu Eye Fillet 7+ (5/5)
4. 40day Dry Aged O’Connor Bone-In Porterhouse (3+) (3/5)
5. Fries, rosemary salt and aioli (4/5)
Overall, the meat was all incredible!!!! Especially the kobe wagyu fillet.. all the meat was tender, juicy, cooked perfectly to my expectation (medium rare), full of flavours, perfectly seasoned and generous portion of meat! I got meat coma after eating all of this. The mac and cheese lobster bisque was so goooood too! Best entree i’ve ever tried. And also the fries was good too. Very recommended sides👍🏻 however the 40-day porterhouse hard to chew and a bit dry.
Otherwise, the place was nice, bright and warm. Perfect for romantic dinner and chill with friends/family. staffs were very friendly and attentive too.
Thank you for giving me the best lunch experience. I’ll be back for sure

I booked this place based on friend's recommendation for 7 of us. It was great choices and everyone were happy. We opt for $65 chef selection and it was amazing foods, steak cooked to perfection, tasty beef tartare, fresh salad, and everything we had are great. Very happy with this resto n definitely will be back.
Having gone to a few of Melbourne's smoked meat restaurants, Meatmaiden definitely sits up the top end in regards to quality. The service here was second to none. Fine dining attentiveness in a very relaxed setting. The ambience of the space sets the mood perfectly to enjoy some meats and drinks.
We had the pork belly, grilled squid, brisket and greens.
The only criticism that I could find would be the brisket was a bit salty. Still the second best brisket I have had in Melbourne. I was somewhat skeptical of the higher price point but the quality of the ingredients reassures you it's money well spent.
Will definitely come again!
Was so delicious. Great food. Awesome staff. Fun place. Fun atmosphere. Had the steak (obviously), chicken, mash and croquettes. All amazing. Great little spot. One of the best in melb. Thanks heaps team!
@meat_maiden This offbeat basement restaurant focuses on grilled and smoked meat cuts and the smoked beef tartare is definitely worth a try!
Meat Maiden is located at 195 Little Collins Street but is not visible at the street level. When you walk through the door you are confronted with metal industrial stairs. Take the stairs down to the basement and that’s where you’ll find Meat Maiden.
The restaurant has a large refrigerated meat display on the right hand side of the entrance and the reception and a bar with stools on the left. As well as the usual table seating, there are also elevated booths which accommodate 4 people.
We were in a large group so we had the $65 set menu. The set menu included Wagyu tartare, pork croquettes, roast chicken, beef brisket, dry age beef, lobster mac and cheese, salad and spiced fries. We enjoyed all the dishes however there isn’t a lot of lobster in the lobster mac and cheeese and the fries were extremely salty. The set menu had enough food for everyone and if you asked, they’ll give you takeaway containers so that you can take home the uncomsumed food.
The set menu does not include dessert but can be ordered for an additional $14. We had the the crème brulee, dark chocolate pave and rum and butterscotch sponge which came with icecream.
Wines start at around $70 per bottle, cider is $10 and cocktails are around $20.
Meat Maiden also caters for vegetarians.
Service was good and they were able to accommodate our last minute request to have 2 additional guests.
It was busy on the night we went so I would recommend a booking be made in advance. They have two seatings. We choose the 8pm seating so we could spend more time at the restaurant. At 12am they turned on all the light. That was our signal to leave.
Overall, we had an enjoyable evening at Meat Maiden and would recommend the restaurant.
Have been twice now for large bookings. This time we had a group booking of 30+ People for a dinner. We did the Maidens Mood. Plenty of food for all!!! Everything went off without a hitch, peoples with dietary requirements were looked after, our hands were never empty of drinks either.
Highly recommend!!!!
Delicious!! Had heard good things about this place and the food definitely met expectations. Left feeling very full. Can recommend the chefs choice menu, The Maiden’s Mood. Great value :)
I’ve eaten at Meatmaiden a number of times and the food is always superb. Indeed, the brisket here is the without a doubt the best I’ve had.
I’d recommend the Maiden’s Mood (banquet) as you really get good value for money and everything served is fantastic for meat lovers.
4.5
A long overdue catch up was in order and Simmyeats.Melb deserves all the credit for suggesting that we try out Meatmaiden. With Timinmelbourne and our respective partners also in attendance, the only way to go is the more food the better, and the Maiden's Mood at $65 per head made sure of that.
Starting off with snacks, each one was as good as the last. The chopped beef tartare showcased the freshness and the quality of the beef used, while the burnt ends regaled us with its dark, smoky and caramelised flavours.
A surprising highlight was the wood-fired chicken with brioche stuffing. Moist, succulent and flavourful, it was an example of skillful execution. I didn't expect it to fare better than the beef brisket, which unfortunately was a tad dry in my opinion, but it definitely did!
The dry aged steak was the most impressive. Perfectly cooked, it was juicy, tender and big on meaty flavours. Delicious in its own right, it really didn't needed to be accompanied by any sauce or seasoning.
I have always love mac & cheese because to me it's a nostalgic comfort food, and the lobster mac & cheese from Meatmaiden brought back all the feels.
In addition to the yummy food, we experienced wonderful hospitality throughout our meal, and it was indeed a pleasure to MEAT you, Meatmaiden.
I finally made it to Meatmaiden! If you haven't then I suggest you do, you won't be disappointed.
We were a table of 5 and I was joined with Tim.E and Hello.I’mNikki with their partners. I love that from the outside you wouldn't even know this restaurant existed, you need to walk down the corridor and up some stairs then through an automatic door. The restaurant is gorgeous inside!
We decided to go for the Feed Me Option which I highly recommend as you get a selection of different meats, chips and salad, croquettes, roast chicken and lobster Mac n Cheese - YES I said it, lobster Mac n Cheese! I am not a Mac n Cheese person but Holy Moly that was insanely delicious! Just pour some of the bisque on top and you'll have a party in your mouth.
Cocktail and wine list was excellent along with the service. I highly recommend a visit here, I will definitely be back!
Walk down some industrial stairs in a ambiguous fire escape we entered a door to a room that would not have been out of place in a horror movie lol
But then we entered this fantastic buzzing restaurant full of people and were greeted and seated. That rhymes haha
Anyway I was with @Hello.I’mNikki and @FeedswithGusto etc so the feed me option was the sensible choice.
And we ate like queens and kjngs. The food was delicious!! We started with some croquettes, meat, different cuts of beef, and roast chicken.
It came with chips, fresh garden salad, mac n cheese (Meatmaiden style) an excellent selection of red wine, Cabernet Sauvignon for me and a fun selection of beers.
Happy days! What more can a man want?? Meat, beer and great wine! Woo hoo hahaha
This place is a must visit. Enjoy.
Low lit ambience, great cocktails, and cosy leather booths make this a place you just wanna stay at forever.
A great looking menu, but if you want a great deal, The $30 express lunch two course is a must. You even get a drink included with that price!
Up first we had the PRESSED PORK, served with a nice bitey mustard and a sweet apple and celeriac remoulade. I loved dish. It was simple, but perfectly balanced.
The second course, we chose the SKIRT STEAK, sourced from the Rangers valley, it was cooked over fire to deliver an amazingly flavoursome piece of meat. Tender, and Smokey, it’s served with a fresh garden salad with a bright lemon dressing, and onion pan jus. Delicious.
Carnivores will not be disappointed, this place is all about the meat and all of it is amazing. I even begrudgingly slightly enjoyed the lobster Mac and cheese (which I still think is a sin). The steak was perfect but my favourite was the beef brisket, definitely recommend the chef’s selection
The entrance to this restaurant is creepy. Once inside, it’s super cozy basement dinning with ample mixed seating ranging from spacious booths, bar seating to high tables. Make sure you book - they are popular. Ordered their steak (the wait is approximately 30mins or so) they give you a heads up when you order.
I had a medium rare Kobe eye fillet 7+, this was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed this with a side of spinach, mushroom and caramelised onion. For dessert it was a white chocolate, caramel tart, topped with popcorn. Nothing too impressive with this - I wouldn’t recommended it.
First day in Melbourne so had the express lunch. Chose the lemon and chicken croquette as my entree, pork belly with salad for my main and a glass of Shiraz. Very enjoyable and great value. Staff were very friendly and prompt. Nice ambience once you get inside. Very pleased.
Its been a while since I have had a steak worthy of making it into my top 5 best steaks I have ever had. I could not fault the food here. For entree we had the burnt ends and fried cauliflower and for dinner the Kobe rib eye. Absolutely delicious tender and mouthwatering. The mushroom truffle sauce was the perfect condiment and added the cherry on top. Great selection of drinks, friendly and attentive service and a pretty cool and hip setting. Definitely worth a try.
Popped in to try Meatmaiden’s new XPRESS MEAT lunch menu. 2 courses + choice of side + drink of your choice for $30, take my money already! Roast chicken croquette kicked off the meal with a bang, but the perfectly cooked skirt steak stole the show. A bold glass of Shiraz was the prefect accompaniment. Sian was very welcoming and made it very relaxed and enjoyable. Will return to sample their range of dry aged steaks.
Am a big fan of casual dining whereby guests do not need to go over the top in terms of dressing nor assume pretentious behaviours with dining etiquettes. Meatmaiden is one of the many places that offers diners this convenience and with a bar located in the restaurant itself, I came to understand why there were a couple of cheerful bloke groups celebrating buck's night there.
Absolutely amazing food couldn’t fault anything we ate and the staff where super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Will be dining here again
The mood lighting was nice but my ageing eyes had some issues reading the menu and wine list in the darkened hues of Meatmaiden. Fortunately we had 12 people in our party and we decided to partake in the $65 Chef's choice sharing menu. This consisted of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 sides.
Starters: the pork and gruyere croquettes were rich, salty and moreish. The burnt ends were simultaneously sweet and smokey. However, the beef tartare was overly sweet and would have benefitted from the addition of some raw onion.
Mains: the wood fired chicken was satisfactory but nothing exceptional. The 2 main stars of the night were the brisket and the wagyu beef rump cap. The brisket was a tender, mouthwatering slice of umami greatness. The wagyu was cooked to a perfect rare - it was beautifully beefy without being overly fatty.
Sides: perfectly cooked chips and a nicely dressed salad.
Service was efficient and friendly without being overly intrusive. Great place for a group night out!

Yum
Not for vegetarians!
Of a whim last Monday night I took my sons out for dinner. Meatmaiden delivered a great table (without a booking on a busy night - thank you!) and a fabulous choice of delicious meats. My boys had the lamb, smoked brisket and chicken while I tried to devour the beef short rib. Generous portions, well priced sides, we were all full at the end of the meal.
Loved the Delatite Pinot, it’s always a joy to savour a Victorian when dining in Melbourne.
Little hidden gem in the heart of buzzing city’s basement. Kids friendly (there’s elevator). Good ambience, friendly staff, great food and decent size of portion.
Great food, was there a couple of months ago but the place still sticks in my head so it must be good. The burnt ends were the bomb!
Place was very busy so recommend you get there early
Exceptional. We ordered brisket, ribs, chips and burnt bits. Ribs was a standout. Decor was large and spacious, prefect for date night or celebrations.
Great food the steak was superb done perfectly as we ordered
Sides as well we had fries , carrots and beans
Loved it all
Staff are great
Cocktails yummy
If you like steak this is the place to go
Located in the basement, MeatMaiden caters for the people that love a good steak cooked the way you like it.
I had the Eye Fillet rare (yes it was actually cooked rare), others had the rump and the Brisket, which I’ve never had but would go back for. (I managed to steal a taste and WOW)
We didn’t have entree or dessert but they did look good.
Sides are extra. We had the Fries, potatoes, salad and beans. All were very good.
The only thing the menu lacked which is a regular item I get at say ‘The Grill Room’ is fried onion rings. For 4 the bill was $225 however that didn’t include alcohol.
Wow, my new favourite place. Went here with the in laws. The chicken was the juiciest I’ve ever had and the steak was awesome as well. Sides are great too.
Had a really really full meal with the set menu. Beautiful beef tartare, chicken and steak. Lobster mac and cheese is AMAZING. Not a big brisket fan...found it a bit dry though the bbq sauce was nice. Prepare your eating pants if you want the set menu.
Service was attentive without being too over the top and the staff seem to be quite honest about the menu. The place is dimly lit with a large range of spirits and wines to pick from. i would come back for the stuffed chicken and mac and cheese alone :)
I came here to celebrate the new year with my friends and we were welcomed with very friendly staff, they were clear and concise in explaining the menu.
We ended up getting the maiden’s mood (aka chefs choice meal), and all the meats were so juicy and tender!! Worth the experience!!
Love this place . I came here mainly due to the lobster Mac and cheese but the real heroes are the meat ! We loved the steak and lamb we ordered , slightly pink and extremely tender meat
If your a carnivore you must come here
I have to say tho the lobster Mac and cheese was a let down , not enough lobster at all
Hidden downstairs in a basement on Little Collins Street, this place is great for carnivores. The meat is beautifully cooked and the wine list is extensive. Great place for a small group dinner. Highly recommend the lobster mac n cheese, and the brisket.

This place is an institution! Best feed me option I have ever had. And by far the best BBQ house in Melbourne. My fave were the meat ends... tasty and crunchy goodness! I had a great experience from start to end and there were 10 of us - we were all very pleased... I would do it all again in a heart beat. The vibe was buzzing, the staff were very attentive and friendly and it’s a really cool place with a modern moody urban Fitout. Love it!
Ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare, can't go wrong with steak! Indeed it was succulent, tender and very tasty. This will get me broke coming to this restaurant often. Lucky they have lunch deals.
One of the best grilled places I’ve been. Had the ribs with beatroot. It was f’in awesome!! Meat cooked to perfection. Definitely try again next time.
Meatmaiden, as it’s name suggests, will most certainly fulfil your carnivorous cravings! The food is amazingly good and mouthwatering, with a great wine selection. It’s perfect for date night and for groups, go for the “Maidens Mood” which is basically a little bit of the best of everything.
Pros: steaks were cooked perfect! The fillet was so tender, one of the best steaks I have had (cooked meduim rare). The pork croquettes were delicious! Creamy inside with a bit of flavoursome pork filling. Mac and cheese was amazing, with the right amount of creamy and cheese. The mushroom and truffle sauce was superb also. Service was tip top also.
Cons: the chips were a bit undercooked, not as crunchy and the inside was still a bit hard. The grilled octopus was quite overpowering with the vinegar/lemon flavour.
Went here on Saturday after finding it on a random google search. It’s located downstairs in like a basement style place and was totally full. You would need to make a booking to get a seat.
I had the Mac and cheese for the entree which I thought was really good. Probably what I liked the most here.
I ordered the eye fillet which was quite good as well and cooked to how I requested. Serving size seemed a bit bigger then the 250g which was a bonus I guess.
I ordered the potatoes and fries as sides which is a decent serving size so I was unable to finish it.
It was a good experience overall and worth a try.
Was impressed by the food and service at Meatmaiden. Really cool and discreet location, we were booked in for 7pm but arrived at 6.30pm and the gentlemen serving was kind enough to seat us earlier even know it had the feel of a full house.
Opted for the lamb shoulder and sides of Brussel sprouts, pork croquettes and mac’n cheese. Couldn’t of been happier with my selections! Meat was tender, falling off the bone and gigantic in size.
Thank you!
Points for: perfectly grilled steak
Second time here, and this time for a special occasion.
The atmosphere is dim but still lively, and quite a busy place.
The menu celebrates all things meat, and I think we overdid it on the beef:
• Burnt Ends – almost like a jerky, the burnt ends are a little dry (naturally) but with good flavour from the bbq sauce.
• Wagyu Beef Tartare – nice fresh beefy flavour from the small diced wagyu and arrives in a stacked layer with crisps. Although, leave it long enough and the crisps at the bottom will become soggy.
• Eye Fillet – grilled medium rare, even though it was a relatively lean cut, it had nice juicy flavour.
Service was friendly and attentive, I enjoyed dinner here and left very full.
I had the Waygu rump steak which was probably the best steak I’ve ever had. The sides of Brussel sprouts with bacon & Parmesan cheese and roast potatoes were just as good as the meat. Great place but lucky it was a work paid occasion as it was pretty pricey.
Food was okay, great service, beware no phone signal as located in basement. Highly recommended if ur date wont stop checking their phone n not paying U enough attention!!
Wagyu beef tartare - I informed the waitress I don't eat bread, the waitress kindly offered to replace the bread with house made chips. The chips was very nice but a little too salty for my personal preference, as the chips was served shortly after it was prepared a little too much oil remain on the chips.
The beef tartare were hardly seasoned, but it would be perfect with the chips served. Not the best beef tartare I've had but it's above average.
Strawberry cheesecake - this cheesecake is topped with freez dry berries, and filled with berries and creamy yoghurt fillings.
Went here last night for dinner. We had eaten dessert before so came in for a light meal. The lobster Mac n cheese was absolutely delicious! 😍👌🏼 It was just perfect. The vibes and the music were on point too and the staff were super friendly! Definitely recommend this place for dinner & drinks :)
WOW! I am so so so so glad I discovered this gem of a restaurant. Rarely do I visit a restaurant that I would be happy with every menu item but here, I could have had anything and it would have been amazing. Luckily I was with a group of people so we ordered loads of different dishes so we could try them all (yay!) We had the Wagyu Rump (WOW), suckling pig, the pork croquettes (could have eaten 10), fried sprouts (this is a must), roast potatoes, and good old fries. I want to live in this restaurant and eat this food forever, it was THAT good.
Good food, good vibe. Love the tartare, my companion love the brisket. I will definitely be back to try their other meat dishes out. The Tomahawk steak looks cool.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Every meat dish was delicious, with the highlights being the burnt ends and the chicken. Believe it or not though, what was even better though was the Brussel sprouts.
The whole evening was a highlight
Came here on a Friday evening, the place was packed with people. My first impression about the place is the ambience, very cozy seat with booths around the room and tables in the middle. Good place for a group of friends, u can have private space but not really isolated from the rest. The waitress who helped us was very accommodated and nice. We chose the banquet of $65 per person, 2 courses of 10 dishes selected by the chef, saved us the hassle of choosing, just like they advertised. Over that 10 courses, my favourites were the wagyu beef steak, pork croquettes, chicken with pork and thyme filling. Meat cooked really well, juicy and tender. The pork croquettes literally melted in your mouth, it’s light and creamy. Loved it. The brussels sprout salad was surprisingly delightful. My husband who was lactose intolerant got served different dishes in replace of those with lactose. The burnt carrot was sensational. I strongly recommend that one instead of chips. Not like their chips was not good, but the burnt carrot was way better. We didn’t try any dessert since we were so full at the end of the meal. Overall, it was a good meal, bit pricey but we got to try 10 different dishes, so I say worth it. Wanted to rate them 3.5, but Zomato doesn’t allow .5 anymore which sucks.
Had dinner here on Friday night after the comedy festival. the place was pretty full and had a great funky and loud atmosphere, just what you want on a Friday night in Melbourne. Started off with a couple of starters. The pork gruere croquets were absolutely sensational and the burnt ends are a must. For mains we had the bbq chicken and a giant beef short rib, both meals were excellent. The sides were amazing, mac and cheese and roast potatoes with bacon aioli, fantastic. This is not a quiet dinner place but it does have a great vibe. The bar is really good with a great selection, and I can highly recommended the smokey old fashioned. Service was great and knowledgeable
I write this review having dined ay MeatMaiden 6 or so times the last 12 months. It has mostly been very good, but several weeks ago I had a very disappointing experience with food very much below par. Knowing this was not my usual experience, I ventured back this week.
I must say the meal last night was exceptional.
We ordered the Smoked Chilli Caramel Pork Ribs and Burnt Ends for Entree. Both were very good, but the Ribs were exceptional. They were large, full of meat with just enough chilli and just enough sweetness from the caramel.
For mains we had the Wagyu Rump and the Rangers Valley Black Market Brisket. The Brisket was very nice, but the highlight was the Rump. It was a perfect cut of meat, almost buttery in texture, with great charring and cooked perfectly to medium-rare.
For sides we had the roast potatoes with radicchio & bacon aioli and the charred beans feta & pine nuts. Both were generous servings and a great accompaniment to the mains.
The service was top notch as well.
I'll definitely be back.
Last time we went, 2 of us had the 3 course set menu and it is a massive feed so make sure you skip lunch if you are going for dinner. Burnt ends and the lobster mac and cheese are a favourite for sides and the brisket is so succulent. Service is excellent!
Got lucky with 2 walk in seats at the bar before the comedy festival, the place was super busy and in hind sight we should have told the staff we had a show to go to but we thought an hour an a half would be plenty of time. live and learn! Our orders were taken promptly and service was fantastic, staff were super friendly. We ordered the lobster Mac n Cheese to share as entreè, we were warned to order a half serve as it is a rich dish so we did. Judging by the raves on the Mac n cheese in other posts we got an off night, it wasn’t rich at all! Tasted very simple with a crusty cheese top and some light herbs mixed in the macaroni. More than 40mins later our mains arrived with about 20 mins to our show, many apologies and offers of a round of drinks on the house, alas! We had no time for drinks now. But boy were we sad we had tickets to a show when that first bite of brisket hit the tongue!!! It practically melted in the mouth!! And that smokey char on the edges!! We also ordered the lamb shoulder which also didn’t disappoint! Both those meals should have been savoured and enjoyed down to the last bite and lick of sauce but we practically inhaled it to run out the door and up the street to our show.
We will definitely be back and bringing friends with us with the sole purpose of the night being Meatmaiden and plenty of time up our sleeves to enjoy the food an ambiance!!
A meat lovers paradise. Great place for a casual dinner and drinks. Make sure you get the smoked brisket....... and the burnt ends too!
They pack a lot of flavour into all their different cuts of meat. Their side dishes are a little limited but all delicious nonetheless.
Great wine list for red lovers and a few good beers on tap for the boys too.
I've already been back more than a few times
We enjoyed all the food. That was easily the best Mac and Cheese (and lobster) we had ever had.
The dry aged 1kg tbone was delicious as was the brisket.
We also really liked the green salad. Really fresh and crisp flavours.
The only thing that could have been better is the handling of the payment at the end as they revealed to our guest the cost of dinner.
The best bit; they had a great beer list.
They catered for us with a group of 10! We ordered the maiden mood which is $65 per person, where the whole table must do the same. Accommodates for dietary requirements like many other feed me options. The deal is they give us 3 snacks, 3 from the smoker (meat on grill), lobster mac and cheese and 3 sides.
This place was very nice. It is more American style BBQ and less steak house (as the name originally suggested to me) but the menu is full of great options in this type of cuisine. The venue is pretty cool. Setup quite tastefully (though nothing luxurious about it) in a basement. Though there are some delicious-sounding steaks on the menu, we were drawn more to the smoked meats and sides to share among our party of 4. Sides were nice although the Mac & Cheese was a touch (only a touch though) dry for my taste.
The phrase “meat tornado” comes to mind...not to be confused with “meat spin” but just as satisfying I’m sure. The (giant) tomahawk steak is a good choice for one, or more, hungry carnivores. Definitely a Keto friendly restaurant and one to return to again and again.
Also, the atmosphere is great. Underground, low light and cool.
Meat is the best! Love the smoker!!! The burnt ends😍😍
Never been let down with the experiences weve had here which has been many many times
