This cafe serve both food and drinks. We came after purchasing discount coupons online and tried their waffles. It is quite disappointing as the waffle tasted bread-y instead of waffle-y. The hot chocolate was okay although the dark chocolate was a little too sweet for dark chocolate. Decor is amazing though.

Service was pretty meh BUT the milk chocolate is to die for. It bumped it's actual 4 star rating I wanted to give to 5 stars cause it's just too good.
I had a typical hot (milk) chocolate , which tasted great if the ratio is 1. All the chocolate the give 2. Filling the rest of the space with milk.
It isn't glamourous and you'll end up spilling some of your milk because that cup they give you spills easily but damn that chocolate is worth it.
Please note that for all liquid chocolate products, get milk chocolate, I'm not sure why but everything else is underwhelming.
The waffle is thinner than you'd expect and a rather forgettable experience.
The ice cream tho, the dark chocolate ice cream (70%) is FANTASTIC. Who knew you could make chocolate ice cream taste better? Cookies and cream was forgettable tho.
Overall, you should know what to get here because most of everything else might not impress you.

Without a doubt, the best hot milk chocolate and iced milk chocolate you'll find in Melbourne.
The hazelnut hot choc is decent, but it's best to opt for the hot milk choc instead if you're deciding between the two.
Hazelnut chocolate waffle was alright but not as impressionable as other Lindt desserts. May be better off ordering something else off their menu.
On the ice cream flavours:
Dark chocolate - amazing, taste is well balanced as its not too bitter yet not too sweet. My personal fave.
Cookies and cream - quite alright, texture is rather 'flaky', not fitting to my taste but may be appealing to others!
Hazelnut - underwhelming, not as great as the other flavours I've tried.
Food aside, great atmosphere and service. There's also a selection of Lindt products available here.

Perfect coffee in a very relaxed environment and what a fantastic selection of chocolates to accompany your coffee. Very polite helpful service from attentive staff in selecting the perfect chocolate gift.

I love Lindt. A known fact, it's Lindt, not cheap. 4 stars only because of the price that's all .
Why the hell do people upload their kids photos on Google map??

Amazing chocolate shop. Always love to drink both the hot and iced chocolate here. Creamy, dense and full of flavor. Also love to buy DIY box of chocolate lollies. Had a complete range of Lindt chocolate bars as well for takeaway.

The chocolate tasted really good. Especially in a winter time. Make sure to stop buy and sip a hot choco. It was really comforting.

Just took the chocolate fondant, unfortunately a bit disappointed, too small and not melt inside just a little above... Shop really interesting though.

Beautiful food and even more wonderful staff. I spilt my entire mocha all over the table and floor, and felt so upset and embarrassed. The staff were so lovely cleaning it up without a drama, even giving me a replacement mocha, which I would have happily paid for being that it was my own fault. The owners should be so proud of their staff, the service is second to none!

This Lindt Café is in a beautiful old building in the heart of Melbourne. I tried an ice Mocha chocolate, to die for very chocalaty but not too rich & a choc chip hot cross bun 😋
The staff are pleasant and quick to take my order

A lovely coffee shop with beautiful hot chocolates, coffee and cakes. The cakes are a tad over priced though at around $11.50 each for. But we still had one.
