Food was good (small proportion) I ordered the prawn and scalp salad which was lovely but only 3 small prawns and 3 small scallops! The salad was Yum though. The wait staff were friendly and lovely! having said that the restaurant Manager who processed our bill as we were leaving, was very cold and
They served a really burnt parma which I discovered under all that cheese and of course the sides which are noticeable. They should not have served it in the first place thinking they could cover it up! So I sent it back and in the mean time they offered a bowl of chips to munch on whilst waiting fo
I always choose this Cafe for my business meetings many because if it's too noisy inside you can sit outside under the heaters on the footpath. The staff are friendly and attentive, the menu extensive and well priced and you can park in the side street. All in all this Cafe is a winner.
We had dinner here Friday night. We had mushroom risotto chilli mussels. The specials eggplant lasagne home made vegetable soup. We all thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. The waiter was very attentive. Nice atmosphere. Every thing arrived hot from the kitchen. I would recommend this cafe to everyone
Two parents and two kids, minimal wait time and very nice food. Pretty pricey, (2 burgers, 2 steak sandwiches, 4 drinks and a plate to share was ~ $140) and a bit noisy (wasn't very busy) but nice spot. Would go again.
Lovely ambient atmosphere, with plenty of space so you don't feel squished. Only sat in for a coffee but it was splendid and I'll be grabbing some grub next time. Stellar customer service from Niamh! I'll be back for sure!
A good find in the Entertainment Book. Friendly staff and good food. Coffee was excellent too. Plenty of room and lovely to sit outside on a sunny day. A lot of variety on menu - would return.
I had dinner with a group of friends from BAS and had a fantastic night. The food was excellent as was the service. I can thoughly recommended Rock salt cafe Brighton for an enjoyable night. Chris Hardy
