best restaurant in Melbourne I have to say

The food drink and customer service were great, I like the Pho most as its the signature as well as well known among Vietnamese foods

Certainly lives up to it ‘being the best’ not just in the west but whole of Melbourne. Generous portion sizes. Worth your time. Don’t go anywhere else. The sliced beef is a good quality and isn’t grainy. The spring rolls are not baby fingers size.

Vietnamese food has always been my comfort food. I ordered Mushroom and Tofu vegetarian pho, and was something I can aptly say it ignited all my senses. I liked their broth, the authentic flavour. The best was their garlic chilli oil.

I order UberEats and the foods are quite good. The Pho tasted like popular Pho style but the Hue style Noodle was so special compared to the ordinary Hue noodle around. The noodles were flat noodle and tastes good. I like it. The soup was abit similar to Pho, I feel like they came from the same soup pot. After all, it tastes good and I am happy with the foods.

This place is perfect if you’re looking for a cheap , tasty and quick meal . I don’t really know if pho soup taste like the one I had in Vietnam but it was so good. The crispy chicken goes on the side so you can added as you feel . 100% recommended .

Vietnamese roll overall is ok , not really surprising . The spicy soup not bad , the beef taste nice and the soup too, and not forget the iced coffee is nice and the overall price reasonable . Thumbs up for a normal dining lunch .

The place deserve more stars since it's only downside is the little space and its not friendliness with a bunch group of people. The maximal table is just for four people, if you bring more and want to be in the same table, it will disturb other people

I like going here on my lunch during work. The service is fast, the staff are friendly and the pho is delicious. The place isn't much to look at but the pho is good and I usually get it for take away. The quality of the meat in the pho is surprisingly good. My favourite is the Vietnamese ho style pho and it comes with a great broth and has a nice spice to it. The wok chicken stir fry is great too, a large plate for $12.50 and it tastes amazing! The pho is cheap, delicious and plentiful. Even though I like going to place, it could use an upgrade and a clean... so I have given this place 3.5 rating.

Had the rare beef and beef balls pho for a late night dinner. The broth was tasty and the rare beef was tender. Really enjoyed the pho, good flavour. This place is always busy on weekdays lunch. Friendly staff and quick service.

Quick, easy dinner. I've eaten here twice now and though it's not the best pho I've ever had, it's cheap and they're lovely and it hits the spot. The crispy chicken pho is a winner.

I never had Pho before in my life before coming to Melbourne and now I am well and truly hooked! I don't think it's easy to find a really good Pho place though with a lot being somewhat dingy or unhygienic but Pho flinders is now my go to spot when in CBD with great customer service and reasonably priced Pho and lots of different types and flavours to choose from! If you're a Pho lover I would highly recommend here!

One of the better Pho's I've had in the CBD. Not my favorite Pho (it doesn't have a lot of chicken) but a reasonable choice if you're in the city.

Pho Flinders seems to have found themselves a nice little location to serve up their delicious Vietnamese soup noodles as come lunch time, it's hard to find a free table to sit down and eat.

For anyone that knows a thing or two about Vietnamese noodles, they may scoff at this place when compared to the likes of places in Footscray, Richmond and Springvale, but in the CBD, it's actually not too bad. I did come away slightly dry mouthed with the soup base being a bit too 'strong'. Also, having the pho bo 'dac biet' (special) was a dollar extra, due to more meat (but I didn't feel like it was).

The side plate of Vietnamese mint, beanshoots and chilli was plentiful and on demand hoi sin and chilli sauce helps to ensure everything is where it should be to start slurping away.

Picture is of a medium bowl, which was more than enough for me.

Best Pho in Melbourne CBD,  good value, customer service is also great, they have free wifi (just need to ask for the password and sometimes the router is off but if you ask them they would turn it on for you)

The low Zomato rating doesn't make sense, it must be left over from previous crappy owners. A friend of mine who's a expert in good Pho places around Melbourne told me to give Pho Flinders a go and it was really good - not mind blowing - but definitely good enough to satisfy the pho snob. I ordered the Sliced Rare Beef and the broth was sweet, spicy, rich and full of flavour. The Vietnamese chicken salad looked incredible which I will definitely be trying next time and I have to mention that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gets my vote!

I don't understand the low rating these guys have, but I come here pretty much weekly because it's cheap, good, and the service is friendly! I'm a bit of a pho snob now and while it's not the most amazing pho e-v-e-r, it's pretty damn good and definitely better than the Pho Flinders that's right near Flinders station.

Very delicious pho which can be enjoyed in Melbourne's all-time cold weather. I ordered the shredded chicken pho with veggies for $9 which was a good deal. It was super delicious and the aroma hit the right spot!

Great food at cheap prices. Have been to this place several times with friends and family and we all like it. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. We often order prawn and pork rice paper rolls, Vietnamese coleslaw salad with beef and noodle with rare beef and cooked beef brisket. The rice paper rolls are quite nice. The salad is amazing - highly recommend this. The noodle tastes great; the broth is just right for my taste, not too sweet as in some other places. The rare beef was really soft. All in all a good place to have Vietnamese food in the city.

Try it. These guys should re-do their Urbanspoon. Obviously stuck with a low rating from previous owners.

Brilliant special beef. Best in the CBD easily, possibly top 5 greater Melbourne, easily comparable with the top Footscray/Richmond/Springvale places.

Awesome broth, soft tendon, tasty beef ball. Tripe could have been a little softer, but that's debatable.

I'm a Vietnamese who comes from Hanoi and has been eating "pho" for whole of my life. Trust me, this is the only place serving REAL "pho" whose flavor is similiar to "pho" in my hometown (where they serve the BEST and ORIGINAL "pho").

$12 for large bowl. Choose a maximum of 3 different kinds of meat to have with. Then you have many different choices.

If you don't like "pho", then try their rice dishes such as "rice with grilled chicken steak". Pretty yummy.

By far some of the best Pho I’ve had. There’s free wifi here for those of you who want to stay connected just be sure to ask when ordering. The woman who greeted me was very kind and even shared some tips in and around the area. If you are staying in town and need some good food I’d give this a go. Thumbs up to great Pho in Melbourne! @StephenWelton

The regular portions at Pho 7 are hearty! The soup is full bodied, a testament to the ingredients that went into preparing it. The pho also came with a huge, separate, serving of bean sprouts and basil leaves, a boon for those who wants vegetables to go with their pho. The rice paper rolls were also delicious.
