They indeed serve extra large fried chicken. I loved the Chicken Salt flavour and can’t wait to try the sweet plum one. Be careful there might be bones and that is one down side I found. I have been to numerous Korean friend chicken places in the last years and yet, this one I have always wanted to try but never got a chance. Mainly because it’s more of a snacks place and there are no seatings available. There are other places in the city such as Bento King which has similar options on their menu.

Awesome spot for Taiwanese style friend chicken severed in an easy to eat fast food style. The service was quick enough and you can watch the food be made fresh in-front of your eyes. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fast food Asian food delight on Swanston street.
Return purchase review. Its a great taiwanese snack with super-size, super crunchy and melted type fried chicken. Chose chicken salt flavour. Also purchased chicken pop snack pack. The chicken pop was great but didnt like the chip. It was so dry and burnt. Very recommended for everyone.
Wow this was SO yum. Haven’t had XL Tawainese fried chicken in many years since I’m from NZ and Chatime was the few places that did it.
My fav XL fried chicken in Melb by far and love how cripsy the outside is and v juicy in the inside
Tried half-Cajun, half-plum; Nice fried chicken as a post meal snack; could be juicer though. The chicken was so hot it destroyed the packaging lol
We love the hot star chicken!!! We ordered the large chicken with sweet potato fries. The chicken was delicious, we chose chicken salt as our flavouring. The chicken was huge, tasty and moist. The fries were equally delicious. We will definitely order from here again.
The chicken really is as big as your head! It's made to order in front of you, so you know you're getting crispy, fresh chicken. The cajun flavour is AMAZING. The chili flavour isn't as impressive – it tasted one dimensional; I was expecting more of a Nando's peri peri flavour. Only thing to note: it's not quite like a schnitzel, as there's a bit of chicken bone towards the bottom.
