Amazing ramen, really flavorful deep cloudy pork broth. Try the Japanese sweet potato beer if you’re adventurous. It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night at 6pm, we came possibly before the masses arrived. Vegetarian options are available for other ramen soups and curries.
Really enjoyed my shoyo ramen and the matcha ice-cream wow. Efficient. Service was fairly quick with a bit of a queue. Food came quickly and served with a smile. Everyone on the table enjoyed their food. Back apr17 awwwwwwwsome.

I'm a big ramen fan. I travel to Japan every year and make a habit of seeking out a tasty bowl of Tonkotsu. I've tried about 15 ramen places in Melbourne so far and THIS IS MY FAVOURITE. Everything is done well. No nonsense. The tamago (egg) is on point. The broth is as life should be - smooth and pleasurable. Generous fungus, bamboo and negi (spring onion). And with a little drizzle of black garlic oil, ample crushed sesame and chilli paste you're good to go. They offer all four classic ramen types (but let's be honest, we are here for Tonkotsu) and have chicken and vege options if that's your bag. My advice? Get in and get it!
I'm a ramen addict and tried upwards of 20 different ramens places in Japan. Fukuryu is the best I’ve had in Australia and as close to authentic Japanese ramen as you can get in Melbourne! I’ve tried them all and this is hands down the best! Nuf said.
The traditional pork and the chicken ramen were both delicious, standard ramen for a good price for those budget conscious.
Sake slightly expensive and not a huge range, but it didn't affect the experience.
I don't have much reference of ramen in Melbourne, but this is an on ramen compared to Sydney. Service is really fast and staff very friendly.
