The soup was flavorful but i wished it came in a bigger portion
I LOVE this thai place! the man, who i assume is the manager, is very friendly and kind. the food here is really good and there’s a great atmosphere, attentive staff and overall such a good place to go with friends! i recommend for everyone who enjoys thai food.
The shrimp paste rice with basil chicken was very good. The chicken in particular was a delight. The egg is a must have. Please do have it with soya sauce and the chilli paste. They compliment the flavours pretty well.
My first acquaintance with thai food and I have to say that I loved it. This place has an extensive menu and offers a wide variety of food to indulge in. As first timers, me and my friends tried Nasi goreng and Tom Yum fried rice in chicken and Veg both. The food was amazing with zesty flavours and great presentation. We ordered mocktails as well which looked decent but didn’t taste very well. Would definitely try other items on the menu sometime soon.
The fried flounder with red curry was amazing! It was quite a big portion and was a good value for the price. I wanted to order the medium flounder but it was never available. The tom yum noodle was pretty good too. Not too sour which is what I prefer. Would be back!

Today's culinary treat was Your Thai in Swanston Street. I walk up and down this part of Melbourne often and have a list of places to visit. This was one of them as I'm a big Thai food fan. The menu outside lured me in with some delicious offerings and believe it or not, it was the Omelette on Rice with minced chicken basil that caught my eye. As I was eating in, I was quickly shown a table and my order swiftly taken (well I knew what I wanted so it was fast). The meal came out quickly and was impressed by the portion size. Taste was pretty good as I was wondering if an omelette would work. The staff were lovely and extremely efficient. Price was more in my range but I have the feeling that the closer to RMIT. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible. Tram stop right out the front.
I ordered Beef Pad Thai. The taste was good, sweet and salt combined with the greasy fried eggs. The beef was very tender. Chili tasted woth good a smell. I like it.
Waitresses were nice and the dining environment was just okay.
Special thanks to the waitress who served us tonight. Your patience was much appreciated! :)
(From the super annoying customers who took ages to order, kept adding things to our order, then took forever to sort out how we were paying oops)
Best for solo diners or a group of people who don’t want to share food as most of the dishes don’t seem too shareable, which is fine. The service was great and the waitress we had was very cheerful. Both flounder and salmon were cooked beautifully. Overall it’s a decent place for the price point! Not the best Thai food I’ve had but definitely not the worse
I had the yourthai salad with prawns and a glass of house white. For $15 or so, it was the perfect Friday night late dinner. Great menu, fabulous range. Yummy
I had lunch here today. I’d like to give this place 3.5 but alas lol
The service here was really good, I didn’t have to wait long at all. I ordered 4 rice paper rolls for $8 which was a bargain compared to the store next door.
The duck rice paper rolls were fresh and tasty. The peanut sauce was a little different for my palate, it didn’t taste like peanuts. So I had the chilli in chilli oil which worked a treat yay... there’s always chilli lol
This place is big inside and worth a visit if you want some quick tasty Thai.
Thai cuisine experience is delightful at this place. What is special about this place is it’s presentation that equates a fine dining experience. I recommend this place as being one of the best Thai restaurant within steep budget.
I tried the chicken momos and the chicken rice combo which I don't remember the correct name of as I was in a rush. However, the food was great. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I haven't tried much Thai delicacies so I cannot say much about the level of goodness in the food. Nonetheless, what I had tasted very good and treated my taste buds. This restaurant is quite popular and I always see it full of people. I will definitely try this place again to come back with a more convincing review.
Very dependable service staff. Quick and helpful. The dishes are churned out of the kitchen very consistently. Recommend the flounder in red curry. The chicken in green curry is not too bad either. Safe reliable place to satisfy spicy cravings at reasonable prices.
Edit: added photos of other dishes one subsequent visit. It's become one of my fav haunts now
My love for Thai food took me here. This place has one of the most amazing Thai food. Service is very good and so is the ambience. Must go place for Thai food. Spl shout out to the ppl in there. I almost forgot my fone in here and they came running behind me to hand it over. 😀
The golden tofu is amazingly delicious while the fried rice is kinda plain (maybe its because i preferred salty food). Overall its ok. Oh also the thai iced milk tea is good.
Good food nice food.. the fish was crispy and the texture was a little bit of hard not that soft and that is what I like the most of the fish. Besides the green and red stuff also contributed to the great taste.. the kiwi juice was fine and it tasted like some concentrated kiwi juice adding water instead of the real fresh kiwi fruit. Last, my favorite one was the tom yum soup, it was just so great, I'm so into it! After this meal I went to another Thai food for three consecutive days just for it! But others didn't taste as good as this one. And the the only thing that I can remember about salmon salad was it was not bad. That's it!
Comfort Thai food of rice plates. Ambience is quite cozy. My favorite is stir fry chicken with creamy sauce, Thai style with rice and Ice milk
Tea. Service is quite quick.
Their pad thai is so good 😙 Service is standard but the food came out very fast. Don't know if it's a good thing (e.g. the Massaman curry took one minute to be served...fresh or precooked, I'll leave you to be the judge on that).
👌 Pad thai • Papaya salad • Pineapple fried rice.
Food here is a hit and miss. They have some really good dishes and some not so good dishes. I had the sweet and sour dish and I thought it was really good. While my partner tried the basil and chicken which she didn't really like. The food and the vibe is good.
💖New menu and reno! Much more modern now.
💖Love the selection of drinks!
💖I always come back for the curries!
💖Desserts to die for
💖Heaps of seating
☹️Service could be more friendly
Felt like thai food and came across this small restaurant
Saw the prices and was happy so I went with my favourite Curry which mussaman curry and was super impressed by it! Tasted great :)
Also got the blue raspberry soda which was incredible !!!!
If you are looking for Thai in the city I'd recommend this place
Would come back
Went to Your Thai for quick lunch after work. We ordered pad Thai and curry puffs, curry puffs were a bit oily but tasted good. Pad Thai was alright nothing special but Restaurant service was very quick.
Would recommend for quick lunch for dinner if you are in CBD.

I like their food, especially the pad thai. I tried Thai chicken green curry on my recent visit. Love the taste, but the curry soup and chicken size needs to be upgraded.
After a long drive from Adelaide and arrived at Melbourne at around 1030 at night and this was still opening. So, I had my late dinner there and that was my second time. Tried the green curry with soft shell crab, mango sticky rice. Changed to coconut rice as it only costed my extra $1! The crab was so good while the green curry was fair. Not really strong taste but still tasty.
The mango was too sour but the sticky rice was wonderful.

Taste can be better. But over all quality is good.
Golden tofu was outstanding 💓

Value for money: 3.5/5
Tasted like I was back in Thailand. Great food but the drinks menu can definitely get an upgrade. Good crowd and decent Ambience.
Would recommend chicken green curry with fried rice for first timers.
Excellent food! Curry noodle is MUST TRY dish! Luxury curry taste of the noodle and the soup! 5 star recommend. Greattttttttttttttttttttttttt!
I've only had a couple of dishes but my favorite is the pad Thai chicken! It tastes like most other places, nothing special but not bad at all. The veggie spring rolls are also to recommend, they are crispy and doesn't have a lot of ginger.
Very nice staff and quick service.
Great joint in the CBD, though some of the items on the big menu are not 100% Thai.
Prompt service and minimal food waiting time.
Food was excellent too! The satay chicken skewers were fresh and peanutty and the sesame prawn was great. The noodle dishes were excellent too!
Will be back.
Tasted really nice. All come with a big portion. Nasi goreng is my favorite, it tasted curry a lil bit. But not too strong..
Sure we'll be back once we visit melbourne 😁
This restaurant was suggested by a friend who used to be frequent here. Came here along with my friend for dinner. The menu was really extensive covering a large variety of dishes. I ordered the Thai Fish Cake and Tom Yum chicken fried rice. The fish cake was fried to perfection and was really very good. The Tom Yum fried rice was equally good. The portions were large and I finished the food with difficulty. It was an enjoyable dining experience.
This is my favourite place to eat Thai food when we're completely lost and can't make a decision. Their mango smoothie is really good and I love their vegetarian options!
Been here twice, typical asian restaurant on the busy Swanston st. The menu looks elaborate, the portions are large and a good value for money. Service is satisfactory and fairly quick. We ordered Fish & Rice + Pad Thai. Nothing exceptional about the taste. Very average as compared to the other Thai places within the CBD. Would like to try out the other Thai options before revisiting.
Came here after work like I said I would in the last review. Was not disappointed in the meal I chose.
Hainanese Chicken with an avacado smoothie.
Will try to be back to try out other meals.
The new menus are great. Huge improvement visually, with plenty of vegetarian options. Thank you ❤️ The four colour drink is AMAZING. Delicious, coconutty. I love it so much.
The noodle dishes need to be cooked a little less because the noodles break up too much and don't look like the picture... That said, the prices are very reasonable, the flavours are enjoyable and the service is fast, so I'd still come back.
