What a great find in a side street off busy Toorak Road. It was lovely to escape into this cute little cafe and have one of the best coffees around. Cute murals line the walls, there is comfortable seating inside and out, and the owners were so lovely and accommodating. Service was excellent and friendly, and I enjoyed the relaxed ambience.
My coffee was fantastic and I couldn't resist a few delicious cookies from the lovely display of treats. Both were divine and the perfect afternoon accompaniment to excellent coffee.
Coffee Geek Brewers is a great place to stop in for your caffeine fix, or to grab a quick takeaway if you are in a rush; and I would definitely recommend this little gem if you are in the area.
The best coffee in South Yarra! Easily! I've tried all the places since moving in and Coffee Geek has become my local. Enjoy coming here for my daily cuppa :)
Came to this little nook of a cafe, immediately greeted with a warm smile and conversation - (my first indication of a quality cafe!) Ordered a soy cap and it gave me another a reason why I love Melbourne - great beans and taste, velvet consistency and a palatble, hot temperature! Honey to the soul , cheers guys for great ambience and cultivating a great part of Melbourne's culture.
It’s a hidden gem and humbly looking coffee shop in South Yarra with great coffee and reasonable price. We came on public holiday and the good thing was, they didn’t charge any additional surcharge (business as usual price) #awesome. The service was really quick! Lovely, nice and friendly staffs and skillful barista will look after you.
The name of this place alone commands attention if you’re on the lookout for top coffee. We’ve got a gorgeous space here. Sophisticated, warm and inviting. The soft guitar music in the background added to the allure. I was after my now customary long black. I was well advised including on optimal brew size. Service overall was genuinely affable and friendly.. cold water was delivered to my table as soon as I arrived. The coffee came on a nice little board. I love it when you get the mini sparkling water too as they gave me here. It’s classy. The coffee was absolutely delectable. Mighty impressive place. Loved it.
One of the best coffee spots I've been in Melbourne. Staff is super friendly and you can tell they love what they do and take good care of their Cafe. Was really helpful with explaining what type of coffee was offered and what I will like.
Coffee on its own was light yet flavourful and you can definitely taste all the flavour profiles written on the board. Definitely will come back. Really good service and good coffee!
I am not a fan of superlatives, but this cafe definitely serves the best coffee in South Yarra and is lead by the genuinely nicest people. I often come with my own tumbler and they adjust the shots and milk to my taste. 100% recommendable.
This is a nice, little spot if you want a well-made, flavourful coffee on-the-go. The house blend has a true flavour that's not too rich or bitter. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which part-makes this a place I visit whenever on/around Toorak Road and fancy a coffee.
One of the best things in life is having a cup of joe in a quiet, cozy little cafe. This place has lovely customer service. I could sense warm and friendly atmosphere the moment I stepped inside. I'll definitely come back when I need some solitude 😌
Great coffee served up by absolutely lovely people! A local gem that I will keep returning to. Coffee Geek Brewers have a charm that is rare to find along the Toorak Road strip.
Nice little cafe on a quiet Davis Ave just off Toorak Road that offers good coffee. Ordered a single of espresso and a short macchiato. Both of them are impressive. I will definitely be back for more. A little gem.
Popped into Coffee Geek on the way to work this morning and was impressed with how friendly the staff were. The coffee was great and the whole place is set up really nicely.
A small cafe just off Toorak Rd, Coffee Geek has it all. It's run by some lovely people who look after their customers with a smile.
Add to that an excellent espresso, good food and pleasant surroundings - what else does anyone need!
when a cafe sells takeaway coffee in three sizes - small, medium and large - the sizing should correspond with the number of shots of coffee. But not here. No, the medium and large both contain two shots, meaning you are effectively paying a premium for about an extra 50mls of milk. Stick that up your jumper! The large coffee - with an extra shot - is what I ordered. It was $5 but tasted quite magnificent
This place is a gem hidden on a little sidelane amidst busy Toorak road and walking distance to the South Yarra train station. The owners are Indonesian and they sure know how to whip up an amazing amazing fried rice and Omgee Rendang that just melts in your mouth. That being said, their Jaffles are crispy, and coffee that leaves you wanting more. Of the many choices amongst Toorak, Picciriddu is a lovely getaway from the busyness of life where you can sit back, enjoy the lovely row of Gum(?) Trees along Davis avenue.
Tried their beautiful slow cooked pulled beef with rice. Divine. Service charming. Will be back as soon as I can to try more ideally with a friend who I will compel to order the fried rice.
Fall in love with this cafe. Super friendly staff, food came within 15 minutes thou store was full when i visited this place. Ordered their famous Jaffle - Mario Bros, sooo yummy... im not a big fan of toast but this changes the way i look at toast now. never know that you can have spaghetti as filling in your toast !
Prices are very reasonable too and portion is huge. My friend order large mocha and was impressed by the size. Overall very satisfied with my visit and would recommend all to try their jaffle ! =)
My first visit to the cafe.
Two Cups of capp...
Too good to be missed out...
The coffee is made to my liking
I personally recommend this cafe and you will not be disappointed
Has been going to this cafe many many times ! And simply love it. Have tried almost all of their food and simply beautiful. The pricing was reasonable with the portion that you get. I love the fried rice and jaffels (old faithful) ! Not to forget the sandwhich especialy the chicken coriender which is a must try sandwhich. For the coffee, everyone has different preferences which I cant really say much about it. However, the coffee quality is good and I love it. The coffee brewed in right timing which give a nice coffee taste, its perfect. The service was really good ! They are really friendly and will try to cater the service as good as they could to make you experience a wonderful time here. One amazing cafe. Hope you guys enjoy your meals here ! Cheers ! 😊🎉
The best coffee in South Yarra, friendly staff and really great product. Love their approach to coffee making, fast enough that you don't wait long and made with care so it always hits the spot. Highly recommended.
Great coffee & friendly staff indeed. Read reviews and decided to give it a go, hits the mark if you don’t like overly milky lattes. Worth the drive from Hakwsburn. Might have found my new favourite in the area.
Busy with locals this is the best coffee by far across several blocks. Flat white on the footpath (x2) just what I needed on a chilly Melbourne morning in December. Friendly folk, not the too cool variety you find in some places. Delicious coffee. Great little side street position too to sit and watch the trams go by.
Coffee Geek serves the best coffee in South Yarra - without a doubt!
I have been away in Sydney for the past few months with work - and the thing I've missed most about Melbourne is Coffee Geek's coffee!
Equally importantly, the coffee is always served with a big smile.
The best coffee in South Yarra - yes, I've tried every cafe here. Great staff who always give a warm welcome and are clearly invested in providing great service and fantastic coffee (every time).

Ordered flat whites. Strong and smooth coffee profile. Highly recommended if you're in South Yarra.
Beautiful coffee, beautiful people. One of my absolute favourite spots in South Yarra!
