Melissa at the counter is exceptionally friendly which makes ordering your first coffee of the day even more delightful. A cosy little cafe at the base of the Pan Pacific with a small and tidy menu. Quick service and decent coffee with a smile. Don’t expect anything too flash like you’d fine in a typical, awesome coffee shop but good quality all the same

Delicious poached eggs and bacon for Sunday brunch. Good service by friendly staff even though they seemed run off their feet. I think Cafe Orr is a public off-shoot of the Pan Pacific guests' restaurant, there are access doors into their dining area and lobby. The decor is pleasant, maybe a little dark, but I wonder who dusts between the wooden screen-wall slats every week #bigjob. Anyway, very good poached eggs - probably the best I've had in a cafe in a long time - and the toast was perfectly toasted so that it was easy to slice and pick up with a fork. Coffee was ok.

Good little cafe with quality offerings of typical cafe food, I enjoyed a pistachio friand. Had fresh fruit which is a great healthy option. Good coffee with alternative milk options, limited GF, DF & Vegan options. Friendly & efficient staff. Surcharge for credit card payment, which is a gouge considering the premium pricing.
