Tucked away in a corporate building, has a cosy atmosphere with a good amount of seating. Coffee is pretty good. Has morning papers. Foods looks decent but maybe a little overpriced looking at the menu. No breakfast special that I could see.

Coffee is premium quality! The barista knows what is doing, they use very good milk which makes a use difference. Regular coffee is 3.80 so very cheap and they do not charge for extra shot! Food is good, fresh and cheap!

Busy cafe inside one of the corporate buildings in Lonsdale street. Quick service and good quality home style cooking food.
Nick is a nice guy and provides good customer service and looks after his coffee. He does pay alot of attention to quality and ensures his baristas do the same. Coffee is usually well made and quick for those on their office break.

Pretty noisy and a little expensive for a quick coffee. I tried to work here but the noise was too distracting. If you’re not working then it has a nice atmosphere and is the only nice place in an otherwise desert of cafes.

It doesn't take much to get my attention .....<br/><br/>Anything with a "J" name will get my attention without fail. <br/><br/>So we've been here more than three times so far, mostly for coffee and pastry ..... good average coffee, but not overly too impressed, hope it will be better next time.

I usually come here and grab a coffee which is OK. This time we also got sandwiches from here for lunch as we had an all day workshop and I was was starving. They did the job and there was a great variety too.

Came here with a friend and I had an entree meal with Veal schnitzel and a salad that I can choose from the counter. I chose a broccoli peas spinach zucchini salad, really tasty. My friend had a vegetarian foccacia and it's huge.

No reviews since 2015 - is this cause no one goes there anymore??? girl at work got sick from the breaky wrap last week and who charges a $1.50 for a potato cake or dim sim? Overpriced and average food!

Review. Today I ordered a large size EGG salad and noticed there was only one half of an egg and a half egg yolk in the whole lot. Being a large size EGG salad, I thought there should be a bit more egg in, so asked the lady to add some. She promptly replied there were at least 3 eggs and she couldn't add more. <br/>Back at my desk, no surprise: one half egg and one half egg yolk in the whole lot, the large size. <br/>It might be just me asking for too much, but I'm afraid they have just lost me as a client, I don't want to experience that again!

J walk cafe. This place has been a favorite of mine for ages, miss the old owner, but new owners are quite nice, everyone I know greatly miss' the blonde girl katy. Food still quite good.

Unlike Kel, i have been there through the transition. The previous owners knew me, knew what i ordered and also knew that although there is a relatively captured market an effort needed to be made. I had been coming there for two weeks at the same time every day ordering the same thing with the new mob; not only did they not only not know my name, or order; the coffee was terrible! Melbourne is not short of a good cafe, improve or move!

Came back here yesterday after a break. Delighted to find new owners adding their own touch to what was my favourite lunch spot. So much cleaner and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is still as good as ever, fresh and delicious. Well done, Im glad to see the change here at last!!

Surprised. Place has been taken over by new guy. Coffee is much better. Definately know what they are doing. Big improvement on the food also. Had the best breakfast called 'meditaranian bruschetta'.
