I had the chicken, lettuce and tomato panini and i must say i really enjoyed it. Loved how freshed it was and you can get it toasted as well!
Its perfect for a meal on the go as they would usually cut them into half so its makes it easier when you eat them
You can get delicious, quick, easy and fresh food from Soul Origin. I had their chicken and pasta salad for lunch, and it was so yummy! I guess I can call this place a healthy fast food? 😝
I recommend this for people that’s in a hurry to get their lunch, or if you just want to snack on healthy salads.
I’ll definitely be back and try the other items in their menu!
This is my go to for a coffee at Chadstone shopping centre as I really like the flavour and they have quick service. Accompanying my coffee I have previously had the banana bread which was a lovely sweet treat. I have also tried their slim slice of the choc brownie which is a good concept when you don't feel like the entire brownie bar. They also have a variety of sandwiches and salads that look super appetising.
We've had a baguette and two different soups of the day. Baguette and chicken soup were both pretty good! Pumpkin soup was okay, a bit watery.
Quick service and friendly staff. Good value for money.
The green lentil salad from here is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quick, accessible, affordable meal. The staff are also super friendly, always serve with a smile.
Love their salads and their coffee. Consistency can be a bit touch and go depending on who's making it. We stopped going here for a little while due to poorly made coffees by a different barista...in favour of a big giant evil conglomerate which is better bang for buck and consistency but have recently come back.

I usually get coffee here when I am working at Chadstone. They do a discount for staff as many other outlets do, and their service is always great. Really friendly team! Of course the coffee is great too! Haven't tried any food yet!
We grabbed Soul origin for lunch today whilst running some errands in the shopping centre. The salads has been discounted to $8 or 2 for $11 as it was 4pm so super great value if you are after two. Unfortunately they had already been boxed into particular mixes and we couldn’t find two that appealed so not as cost efficient but did the job regardless
Food: really nice salads actually. This was my go to work lunch when I lived close by. Good coffee also!
Price: appropriate to the quality and quantity of their salads.
Staff: depends, I would say mostly welcoming and professional.

Quite a while ago, a friend of mine had a salad from here due to a week’s of meat bingeing she endured (no thanks to me) while I got something else from another kiosk.
I’ve forgotten what salad she picked out that day but I did have a few bites and remembered it to be very good.
I came by this time with my partner and went for the small sized half-and-half option of Tuna Avocado and Beetroot Feta Salad with some lime mayo dressing.
While they might’ve been different salads from what my friend ordered previously, they were still as enjoyable and fresh this time round. From the sweetness of the beetroots against the saltiness of the feta to the fishiness of the tuna against the nuttiness of the avocado, all dressed in that zesty lime mayo, there was some really good contrast of flavours going on.
Honestly, I never thought I’d enjoy a salad this much, but hey, I did and am definitely happy to pop by anytime my herbivorous side takes over again. I might even try their rolls or baguettes next time.
Just had some toast with peanut butter and a long black coffee. It was hot fresh and delicious. The servers were very cheerful and prompt.....great smile. Recommend for a good coffee and service with a smile. Will come back again.
LIT!: I had a choice of 2 and ordered the roast veggies and chicken pasta. This was a fantastic combo and I was surprisingly surprised by how delectable a guilt free meal could taste. The service was quick and the staff was friendly.

I’m always on the hunt for some good chicken avo sandwiches to try, and Soul Origin does it quite well must I say.
Their vast variety of salads and sandwiches/rolls means that you will never get sick of anything as you can try something new every time. Almost every single salad combination that I could think of was available at Soul Origin, not to mention they all looked seriously appetising!
My favourite -the chicken avo, I got it in a panini this time toasted. You get that satisfying crunch as you bite into it, with a burst of flavour from the sundried tomatoes and aoli dressing. The ratio of poached chicken to avo and aioli was the perfect amount. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and can’t wait to try something different next time.
We are talking about chadstone food which is normally just ‘whatever’ imo.
The sandwich here is actually quite nice
We got a $10 for 2 deal so we got schnitzel and prosciutto and tomato.
The staff is very friendly and they toast the sandwich where it is crispy on the outside and just warm on the inside.
The con is, the schnitzel is a bit on the dry side. If not it would be a 5 star rating.
My favourite chaddy cafe for a coffee before work. The coffee is always beautifully made, perfect temperature and the milk is perfectly steamed. The salads are also great value, so fresh and massive servings which get me through a long shift! Thanks to your staff who are always so polite and welcoming of a morning!
Soul Origin is located at the end of the lower food court of Chadstone Shopping Centre. They serve coffee, snacks. sandwiches and more.Today I ordered the chicken and avocado ciabatta which also came with rocket and an aioli. The sandwich was really tasty and the chicken was cooked well. The aioli wasn’t too overpowering and the rocket inside was decent too. After finishing it, I did feel a little hungry which was disappointing. I also ordered a standard latte. Unfortunately, the coffee was not enjoyable too weak and not much flavour - definitely missed the mark on that one.The woman who took my order was such a delight! She was happy and was definitely passionate about her job - she really gave me a positive start to my day. Excellent customer service which really makes such a difference these days. Soul Origin is definitely on the pricier side and I would only recommend coming here if you wanted something small to eat or a snack.
Fresh, healty and taste great. I chose middle sized container, and could choose 3 kinds of salad and pasta salad. They packed full, so that was plenty. I recommend this shop as healty lunch!!
I visited their store for the first time yesterday, after visiting a number others in the centre. I enjoy eating healthy food and they certainly offered a wide choice. I chose the small size take away pack where I got to choose two salads. I chose the lentil salad and the chicken + avocado salad and I wasn't disappointed! It was a good size potion and tasty, and I finished every last lentil! Also reasonably priced at $8.50. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the salads and efficient. Team leader Stewart was patient and helpful. So, all in all, a very pleasant experience and I'll certainly be back! And recommend them to my friends.
The only place to eat in chadstone . The sandwiches are fresh daily . I live near the shopping centre and go there everyday. I am sick of all the food available in chadstone including all the restaurants loaded ALL with sugar.
Fantastic coffee, the best in the whole of chadstone! But what really brings me back here each time is how lovely the staff are. Every time I order coffee, they stamp my card up to the free coffee mark, even if I only order 1 coffee! Lovely place to sit and have a drink after a long day of shopping.
This place has a very nice range of salads. There are perhaps over a dozen to choose from. Baguettes also. Quality ingredients used. I ordered a large salad, so I could choose 4 different salads. They packed as much goodness in as possible. Very well worth the price of 11.50..

Great service. I was passing by having a look and a friendly guy welcomed me and show me the store. Had a nice coffee there earlier that day, so I decided to have some lunch. Had chicken pesto pasta with chicken caesar. Fresh, tasty, abundandt, and I got a voucher for free coffee if I buy breakfast for the next visit. Good vibes from the guys working there, and a nice meal for 10 bucks. Should be the usual, right?, After experiencing so much bad customer service, no value for money, or being treated like a number, I really want to give this guys possitive feedback. Good job Soul Origin.
Soul Origin is literally my favourite! They have various of healthy and delicious salads. I would usually order the medium box with 3 choices of my salad and trust me, the box might look small but the portion is definitely not small. My personal favourite is the Soul Origin Beef - my combination will never be complete without it. Not only the food is good, the staff is very friendly as well. Absolutely deserve a 5.0 rating.
This place have the most friendly people, they are always happy for some reason! Coffee is awesome! SALADSS, there's like 20+ varieties from meat, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan etc!! Will definitely come back ;)
DO: The coffees first and foremost. Then grab yourself a healthy sandwich or pasta salad.
DON'T: Forget to say gday to Sherwin the owner and his incredible friendly team. A bunch of rockstars.
TIP: At closing time, a lot of the salads and baguettes are packaged up and sold for really cheap. That's lunch for me sorted for next few days.
Soul Origin is a healthy, fast-food brand offering freshly made salads, baguettes and delicious cold pressed juices. Soul Origin recently opened its first Melbourne based store in Chadstone’s shopping centre (the brand’s 50th store opening) and we loved popping in to visit. The best thing about Soul Origin is the tasty and very healthy salads that taste good and are good for you. BUT if you're looking to spoil yourself, do not go past the chicken schnitzel baguettes or the Nutella brownies (you can thank us later).
Really nice chicken schnitzel banquette sandwich with yummy sauce! Great coffee too! I had a shock as the shop owner is the spitting image of Michael Scofield from Prison Break!! :P
I walked passed Soul Origin on Chadstone's opening night and they were giving out free coffee, so naturally, I ordered a decaf strong skinny latte (dc because it was after 5pm!) The coffee was actually pretty good! And the guy giving out the coffee gave me a high five too, yay! I'll try Soul Origin again next time I'm at Chaddy. I know it won't be free and I probably won't get a high five, but it will be interesting to compare the level of service from opening night to a standard BAU day.

I love all the selections made up. No sit down "we'll make eggs anyway you want" table service, it's made already. Tried the salmon benedict: lovely brioche bun good sized, salmon, well done egg ppached, rocket & smoked salmon. For what it was & the price $6.90, I'm sold! Had it warmed up. Mocha not sweet enough but then with mochas I am finicky. I need go ask for extra choc.
Can't wait to bring my darling along. Very happy girl!
The Coffee here is amazing and the staff is so welcoming. And, the food is very tasty. I highly recommend everyone to try the coffee and food.
Love the blended chai!! It is my favourite cold drink! They have a large selection of salads, sandwiches and wraps. Soy chai are delicious too. The price is very reasonable and they staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
