After I had a dinner at Loading Dock, I felt extremely angry. Food is close to an acceptable level, but with an unreasonable price. Very nice place to stay because it has great view, but the service was terrible.

Well managed, great staff, good food at a reasonable price. It's hidden away in a quieter part of Melbourne's river frontage and offers a different view of the skyline.
