I’m sorry my photo is so ugly! But this Zucchini Walnut cake was the yummiest Cake iv ever had! Thank goodness I bought a slice each for my husband and I. Well done A25 team!
We had our first happy hour at work for 2020 and they got in an insane amount of pizza from A25. Amazing variety too with a huge stack of vegetarian, vegan and even some gluten free based pizza to cater for everyone. I of course enjoyed a delightful selection of meat and seafood pizzas. I have had prawn Star previous and loved the prawn and chilli combination. New for me tonight was the Bunga Bunga pizza which has pork sausage, mushrooms and fior di latte. Definitely recommend.

Popped into A25 Pizzeria Docklands for what was their pasta specials day. Only one of us ate pasta at the special price of $15 because let’s face it if they exclude the seafood pasta from that offer it only gives you 3 pasta options to choose from. A pale comparison to the Monday pizza special (which we missed). The rest of us chose their yummy pizzas today. I opted for the vegetarian Sexy Truffle pizza. Pizza is one of the only things I prefer vegetarian. I must say it was a lovely with a heap of truffle flavour and a really enjoyable base. The Sexy Truffle is also a pizza sans tomato which again might appeal to some. Plenty of flavoursome ingredients despite the tomato exclusion.
Others in the group liked the prawnstar pizza and the Capricciosa pizza to which they brushed in extra chilli. Pizza is Sexy.
It was a warm day so some in the group finished of with a small coffee soft serve. Perfect size for a sweet treat on the walk back to the office.
This place is so amazing! Everything tastes freshly made. Absolutely love the atmosphere and friendly customer service
Sexy Truffle Pizza - delicious truffle pizza, the dough was very soft and tasted amazing
Gnocchi - melts in your mouth!! The sauce was unreal and tasted like no other sauce I’ve tasted before
Pumpkin Arranchini - probably my favourite thing to order at any restaurant however this one was hands down the best one!! So delicious
Would highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner. They also offer coffee and desserts!
Met an old friend here for lunch, and we both got the riso Nero salads. Probably one of the best salads I've had in yonks, and keen to return to try out the pastas.
We had our team lunch at A25, fairly busy place during lunch times so we were lucky enough to get a table through pre-booking.
Food - Nice flavour and decent portion for dishes, their pizzas are really nice too, nice soft base and cooked nicely.
Ambience - lunch times can be a little busy but the decor is quite nice.
Pricing - It is somewhat standard pricing for Italian food in the city. We paid roughly $15-18 bucks per person for our lunch so not too bad.
Overall - we all enjoyed our lunch and will comeback for more in future!
Loved the pumpkin pasta, Italian hot chocolate and parmesan fries and the gnocchi here, although a bit pricey the food is quite hygienic and delicious
Will come back for:
+ Pappadelle Ragu
I know this place is known for their pizzas, and they certainly look really good, but I really liked their pappadelle for a lighter lunch. The sauce was really flavoursome, and the beef super tender. A touch of chilli flakes, and this was a great lunch dish. The place was packed (to be expected for lunch) but service was prompt and attentive. I will certainly come back to try out the pizzas which looked rustic, generous and smelt fantastic!
Went here for lunch with a couple of girlfriends. They had Pinot gri on tap, it was divine! The sexy truffle pizza is delicious for those who love mushrooms. The pizza with the vegetables (can’t remember what it’s called) was delicious too. Great wood fire pizzas!
I've been back an innumerable amount of times for a25's insanely addictive, healthy rucola salad.
Ordered:
🥗 Rucola salad (gf) (v): wild rocket, sliced pear, fior di latte mozzarella, candied walnuts, parmesan, truffle honey ($11.50)
+ italian tuna ($4.00)
Review:
This is my favourite salad of all time. You get a bed of wild rocket with a slightly bittery and peppery taste, the fresh and sweetness from the pear along with the truffle honey and the delicious crunch from the candied walnut.
Mozzarella is also squeaky clean and gives you a bit to chew on~
Added italian tuna for the protein and to add some stronger flavour into the dish!!

On Mondays they have a $15 pizza special which is so lovely for my hip pocket
Ordered:
Sexy Truffle (v): Fior di latte, porcini mushroom cream, radicchio, mushrooms, truffle oil, grated parmesan ($21.50)
Veggie Explosion (v): Grilled eggplant, baked capsicum, fior di latte, pecorino, olives, basil, roast pumpkin ($21.00)
Review:
Great, friendly service that was very quick in their delivery of the meal. Definitely appreciated when you're on a timed lunch break so every minute saved counts!!
Thin based pizza with very minimal toppings. The toppings aren't smothered by a layer of cheese, which gives you the opportunity to taste the fresh spicy crunchy of capsicum/the dense meaty texture of the mushroom.
Honestly not often the biggest fan of pizza, but A25 makes pizza that is pretty damn decent. Give it a go if you're in the area! Especially when it's a monday.
We had ordered pizza of 10 varieties from this outlet for an office party. We were referred by friends. The n as mes of the pizzas were very innovative. I tasted most of them and all were unique. The thin crust, toppings, dips...all added to a great meal. I will highly recommend this place for pizzas.
Great place with authentic Italian flavour. I had the calzone (pictured) and my friends had other pizzas, all tasted great. A25 does get very busy at lunchtime midweek so you may need to book in advance. We were lucky to walk in and get the very last table available.
One of the best coffees in the area to start the work day. The staff are friendly and will remember your orders and names after a couple of days . The little paninis are also quite delicious too
Some of the best coffee in the area. And one of my favourite take away breakfasts - the panino caprese is a wonderful change from the ham cheese croissants that every other cafe offers. Excellent pizzas, I like the pasta too but the servings are a little small. Service is always excellent, but the venue can get a bit noisy and cramped during lunch time rush.
I come here on workdays when I need a treat.
Pizza was great. We had a few different ones to share. I’d definitely recommend the truffle pizza, which was a real stand out. Prices weren’t too expensive and the service was good, we weren’t waiting too long to order or for the food to come.
Pretty good pizza - toppings are of a good quality and the dough is thin and crispy.
The food also came out pretty quickly even though it was the lunch rush.
Good standard pizza place - will be back!
Elena from A25 is amazing. Quick service, beautiful coffee and great atmosphere. I’d go there for the food as well—fresh and authentic Italian. Definitely recommend this place to all busy office folks looking for great food and coffee!
Recently found myself back around in the Docklands area and knew that passing up A 25 Pizzeria was not an option. The staff are very quick, efficient and service is delivered to a great standard. You can't go wrong with any option - pizza or pasta. The place is a great hit with workers in the surrounding area, so expect a lunchtime rush.
Has the pasta special last week which was orechiette with italian sausage and it was pretty good. I need to try a few more dishes here and will be back soon !
Delicious pizzas and pastas. Pizzas are wood fired and taste authentic. I recommend the Bunga Bunga pizza. Friendly and prompt service. Decor and ambience is nice and lively.
Pizza is amazing here. The ambience is a little overly echoey- but the amazing service counterbalances the audio mishap. Love their daily special menu, they've always got a great selection of pasta dishes on the board. And nail the flavours each time.
Generous serving size
Visited on a Thursday lunch and the vibe inside was great, made me feel like it was a Friday evening and the weekend was already here!
Staff were good but perhaps could be a bit more friendly in their demeanour
All flavours were well thought out and tasty, and the pizza base is thin just as it should be.
A25/Non Soul Pasta - Docklands, cuisine - Italian. Great spot for lunch if you work in the "darklands" (as one of my close friend calls it). To start with we ordered some chips to share and they were different and tasted yumm! They were thinly sliced round chips (shaped like pringles) with truffle oil and Parmesan, a must try! The pasta on special was spaghetti with kale pesto, goats cheese, almonds and kale chips!! It tasted delicious. Perfect balance of flavours and the chilli oil they had on every table (which wins my heart instantly) just added the right amount of kick. A few good vegetarian pizza options (woodfired, looked very tempting) and a selection of really interesting salads makes it a cool option for a vegetarian. If in a hurry and on a budget they had $9 and under sandwiches too. Website:http://www.a25.com.au/ - They have more locations around the cbd and south yarra too! @a25pizza #rating4.5 #melbourne #vegetarian #docklands #worklunches #goodfood #restaurantreview #veggielover #veggielife #meatless
As I work nearby, this place has become a favourite haunt of mine, particularly on Monday and Tuesdays where they have amazing specials.
I've come here 3 times so far and I've enjoyed every visit. The $14 pizza specials on Mondays are definitely good value for money - the serving is great and I love the fact that they are generous with their cheese toppings (my favourite!).
I've also tried their pastas and this also tasted amazing. The serving was smaller than what I expected but nevertheless, it did hit the spot.
This place is definitely good for work lunches with a small group of people but I would not recommend coming here with a large group or for a business meeting - this place is incredibly popular and hence, can get very noisy inside.
This place does great coffee and delicious pizzas. For anyone working in the Docklands area, this place is a must try. They are always busy and super packed on a Friday arvo. Great vibe and friendly service. Thumbs up A25!
Tried their award winning pizza, tastes nice. But I am not an expert on pizza so cannot really make detailed judgments.
Services are warm and attentive.
Very popular among workers. Suitable for group gathering.
Would try their Monday and Tuesday special next time!
My favourite pizzas in Melbourne. Look no further than the mans man. Can see why they are such a firm favourite amongst the cities pizza lovers
One of the few decent places for lunch in Docklands. Huge pizzas, delicious salads and a good variety on three menu for different price ranges and tastes. The early week specials are good value. Cool fitout but it can be quite loud.
Though A25 (previously NSP) is nothing extraordinary, it's possibly the only half decent Italian in Docklands. There were hits and misses, as some pastas had good texture but lacked flavour so it had to be doused with cheese in order to be deemed edible. Their Monday and Tuesday pizza and pasta (respectively) lunch specials are quite worth it for $13 at sizeable portions.
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Nice pasta & pizza choices are available. However, they don't open for dinner / weekend which can be a little disappointing.
I went to brekkie with some ex colleagues at NSP the other day. They serve simple
Brekkie during the morning like rolls with spinach and eggs, chicken and avocado etc. I quite like their brekkie as its quite value for money, $6.5 for an egg and spinach Italian roll which was fresh and delish, however I found their service a bit of a hit and miss.
They are a friendly bunch but I felt that a few things are lost in translation. I asked for my egg and spinach roll well done (the eggs anyway) because I am pregnant but I still got runny egg. And I asked for Italian chocolate with ice which is supposed to be this thick concoction with ice but they added milk in it even though they told me it will just be with ice added. As I am slightly lactose intolerant if I had known there is milk I would have asked for soy. :(
Probably one of the rare gems around Docklands that I'm proud to take 'visitors' to. Friendly and efficient staff. NSP has been solely responsible for re-aligning my palate for gourmet pizza and I'd not accept anything less than that.
Really popular pizza and pasta place in the once-food-barren Docklands. No bookings unless you have a group of 8 or more, so be prepared to wait. Food is worth the wait though—best pizza around and pastas are pretty good too. Fresh, simple, but well-selected ingredients make for very happy diners. Don't come here for a quiet lunch though, the stark surrounds and packed in crowds make for a particularly noisy meal. Wait staff sometimes struggle with the crowds too, so if you want something you'll need to actively chase their attention. It also has the biggest jar of Nutella I've ever seen, so there must be some yummy sweet treats too, but I'm always too full of savoury goodness to even look.
Always buzzing with atmosphere and fabulous food being served to its patrons. Coffee is very good as well, now that's a bonus. Pizzas are thin as and absolutely scrumptious. If your in town during the week and looking for a quick coffee or bite to eat don't overlook this place, you will pleased you tried it.
Bon appetite!!!!
Toodles
Went there for a lunch to grab a pizza with some work mates. The place is always busy but we booked ahead.
I had the Man's Man pizza. Thin crust, few toppings but decent flavours. The service is quick but it is a bit pricey (around $20 per pizza) so come on Mondays ($13 per pizza), Tuesdays ($13 per pasta) or Fridays ($15 per pizza or pasta).
Otherwise not a bad spot for a decent Italian lunch.
I go for coffee here regularly and it is excellent! It's always busy for takeaways but definitely worth the extra couple of minutes wait. Staff are friendly and baristas haven't served me a bad coffee yet!
Delicious flavor and amazing value, especially on pizza/pasta special days!
Miss the coffee. I've been enjoying 2x coffees here everyday since late last year. I've recently been away from the area (sick leave) but cannot wait for their beautiful, rich Italian style coffee!
Best Pizza this Side of the City. A well-run, welcoming, fun, authentically Italian pizzeria and pasta bar that also does great salads. Their coffee is also excellent as attested by the huge number of Dockland workers who line up here in the morning for their takeaway caffe latte.
Sadly they only stay open late on Friday's for the end-of-week, after-work drink crowd and they don't open on weekends. Hopefully that will change as more residents move into the area and demand more places to go in the evenings.
And did I say the pizzas are excellent. Thin crust, quality toppings - delicious.
Berlusconi fit, El Mahroug priced. I ordered the "award winning Bunga Bunga" and got a generously sized pizza with an excellent chewy/crispy base. Honestly it was very good but I prefer the Fru Fru for stronger flavour. Somehow no anchovy pizza anywhere on the menu. $12 pizza Monday is worth the trip to the Dockland. Lovely service by the way.
Best pizza in melbourne - try the truffle one!
Best Coffee in Docklands !. Best coffee in Docklands. Really friendly staff who pay attention to detail. Never had a bad cup of coffee here. Used to be my regular whilst I worked at the building above.
Excellent. Love this place-went there with a brunch of friends and the variety of pizza's was AMAZING.we got a few different varieties and none of them disappointed.the italian staff were absolutely friendly!
To see such amazing quality of food in an area plagued by average food is such a revelation . This place lives up to the hype... great food , amazing coffee and attentive smiling staff. I went for lunch and I had the Bunga Bunga Pizza which apparently won Best Pizza in Melbourne through the Epicure... let me tell you , it was incredible . the combination and the dough was to die for. I followed that with a Tiramisu' and espresso, both great. Will definately be a regular.
Nice Simple Pizza. The pizza (I had Rustico) is very good, but the best in Melbourne - really? I went with a large group and most agreed that the food was good without being spectacular. The restaurant was packed at 12pm on a Thursday, so obviously a lot of people like it.
The atmosphere is all about everybody yelling because yelling equates to having fun, right? Some generic hi-hat-heavy cafe music is added to further raise the noise floor.
Lunch is split across two sessions and the staff do a good job of taking orders and getting the food out in quick time.
I love this place!! The pizza is amazing and really good coffee too!! Recently tried the limoncello granita and it is to die for! The next time I go there I'm definitely going to save some room to try the dessert pizza as they look amazing! Great food, good service and in a quiet little spot!
Always great for coffee. Attentive and friendly staff. By the way, I would never expect to get a discount when the meal was already replaced.
Another Docklands Gem. Just discovered this little gem. Authentic Italians cooking authentic and delicious pizza - we tried two tonight for the Pizza Festival. Also enjoyed their delish Tiramisu and a dessert pizza. So darned good and such a fun little place. Great Italian wines (by the glass) just topped it off. More power to them! We will return to try some of the interesting sounding pastas too.
Authentic and tasy. If you like authentic, home cooked, fresh tasting food then come here especially on a Friday evening where the Italian atmosphere is at its best. As an anglo-Italian who has recently moved to Melbourne I have been quite disappointed with the standard of Italian food so far (on a cost basis). However, NSP is by far an exception. The food is simple but delicious and not too costly. As anyone who enjoys Italian would know it is not the price you pay but the quality that makes it some of the best in the world. Simply put great for a friday night meal with friends who wish to chat, eat good food and share a bottle of wine or two (recommend Aperol Spritz cocktail). Only negative for me is the coffee that i found bitter, but that is purely personal taste!
La Dolce Vita. Fantastic Pizza, great service, great atmosphere.....What more do you want
Great pizza, been here two days in a row. Reasonably priced large pizzas which are quite gourmet and different from what you could get elsewhere. Definitely one of the better places around Victoria Harbour Docklands.
Another good pizza joint in the Darklands. Had lunch here recently. The dining space is nicely decorated and was very busy - so not the best if you're after a quick bite. I had the crab and zucchini flower pizza which was delicious - very generous portions too. Would I eat here again? Happily.
Sensational!. I love what Remo nicolini has done in the past with his other creatures carlton espresso +39 and espressino so i think it was only natural that i checked out NSP...my experience was absolutely sensational from the antipasto to the coffee, can't wait to go again.
Good value 7/10. First vist,
Good service , fantastic salmon piadina very tasty,
and a great selection of cakes & good coffee,
It's good to see everyone working there is trying 100%
my only concern is ply wood timber serving boards,
is it food safe ???
Java 4.2(scale 1-5) attentive staff,nice atmosphere....my Panino was great!

Non Solo Pasta is a popular chic Italian cafe and restaurant in Docklands and has won the Age Good Food Under $30 award for best pizza. Traditional Italian style pizza at its best. Non Solo Pasta has one of the most compelling vibes in Docklands and is a great place to dine and meet up with people. Come here for Friday lunch and you may have to wait for a table.
It's a little disappointing that Non Solo Pasta is only open for dinner on Friday nights, but that could be expected with the current Docklands hospitality environment. This place does pizza well, but might need slightly more work on the accompaniments. A reasonable price and generous portion sizes adds appeal to the place, and the Italian staff deal comfortably with the pressure of a very busy restaurant.
A great addition to the Docklands.
The pizza is great - lovely, crusty base with fresh, generous toppings. The gnocchi is soft and silky smooth. The service - friendly and quick.
Having this restaurant at my doorstep is a blessing. Missed it so very much during the long CoVid19 lockdown in Melbourne last year. So great to see it busy again with workers coming back to the area. All 6 of us enjoyed every bit of our lunch here.
This is a review for the takeaway experience only. We love to takeaway and bring back to the team at the office. The restaurant itself is always pumping during lunch hours, so if you're looking for a chill/quiet place to have lunch, it might not be for you. As for the pizzas taken away, great stuff, full of flavour. The crust can be thicker or puffier than usual, and may not be for everyone. You could probably get your order adjusted, but this does not affect me. Bunga Bunga, Mans Man and Capricciosa are the ones to go for if you love your meat on pizza. Pizza is certainly sexy.
First of all, excellent service. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They made sure all our order arrived (we are 10+ people).
Pizza was excellent, if you like thin base pizza. I had the bim bum bam (prawn pizza with pancetta) and I love it. Add a bit of their chilli oil, it was great.
Our order came out relatively quick too.
They have specials on Mondays (pizza) and Tuesdays (pasta). Definitely will return to try their pasta.
Great service, fast food, and great atmosphere! The pizza has a tasty base even if not packed with toppings (maybe too much crust?) - but the meatballs and gnocchi and anything with red sauce was delish! Tasty chilli to put on as well as plenty of parmesan - and seemed a reasonable price as well. Would recommend to after works feeds or starting a night out!
Edit: 06/09/16: tried the pizza and it is amazing. Crust is crispy, thin and has a nice bite to it. Topping are fresh and plentiful.
Monday most pizzas for $15, seafood $19
Tuesday most pastas for $15
We got the squid ink tagliolini and it was delicious.
Pasta was cooked al dante, it smelt quite seafoodish however it did not have an overwhelming flavour. Could see there were crab meat in the sauce.
Only compliant would be that it said it had prawns but there was only 1 in mine and none in my partners.
Would definitely go back on their special days
This place was truly superb. Had a group of 13. Staff were very accommodating and especially in such a busy lunch period. The pizza and pasta were both spot on. Could not fault it. They certainly know what they're doing! Monday is $15 pizzas and Tuesday $15 pastas.
Ideal place for lunch if you are working in docklands. It's close by and you have good collection of pizza and pasta and they are really good. We tried veg explosion, sexy flourantine and cheese cake. They were all yummy 😋
