Lined up for Pinchy's because the smell was excruciatingly compelling. We ordered the top 2 toasted rolls, one was the classic Lobster Roll and the other was the Prawn toasted roll.
Both were full of flavour and I highly recommend these two rolls.
The Prawn Roll was rich of umami from the nice seaweed butter and sea urchin aioli. The prawn itself, was so fat and juicy. Although the roll was buttery and creamy, the lemon squeezed on top made each bite quite refreshing.
The Lobster Roll was sadly a bit dry, but the flavour was spot on. Every bite of the buttery toasted bread and the seasoning was perfect.
Would love to visit the store to get the full experience!

We had an amazing time at Pinchy’s last weekend.
First night out in months for most of us. All of the staff were super lovely and made sure we felt comfortable and safe through out the night (especially during these difficult times). Loved everything we ordered, both cocktails and food were flawless. Thanks Pinchy’s😘We’ll definitely be back very soon!
Great venue, central location and variety of seating styles .
Always fresh interesting food options and fun cocktails.
Coffee needed improvement.
Other than that a really fun tasty night .
Highly recommend
Quick, attentive service. Tried the lobster roll, crab taco, snapper croquette and truffle fries. Enjoyed the food.
Loved Pinchy’s! Great atmosphere with relaxed music and seating. The lobster roll was outstanding! I was nervous as a coeliac that I would not be able to have the same experience as my friends, however, Pinchy’s have great options for those with allergies or food intolerances. I was still able to enjoy their famous lobster roll but on gluten free bread, and after my friend tried mine, she remarked that if there was any difference, it was that the gluten free bread was nicer! Looks wise, I couldn’t tell the difference between the gluten free and gluten option! We enjoyed a couple of hours here, sipping different wines and slowly working our way through the menu. What an experience!
The lobster roll is out of this world, we tried the prawn roll as well and it's not that bad... Honestly I would come back just for the lobster roll. The balcony is beautiful on a sunny day and they got a great bar. Ambience 5 Quality 5 Quantity 4 Value for money 3
Fun, friendly and casual venue. Music was funky, staff were lovely and food was perfect! Definitely coming back.
I popped in for lunch with a friend. This is such a beautiful restaurant decorated in a soft pink colour. Perfect place to visit for a cocktail. I ordered the lobster roll with truffle fries. The lobster roll was ok, but probably not something I would order again. While there was a lot of lobster, there just wasn't a huge of amount of flavour, so it tasted a little bland. The truffle fries were delicious. But it is definitely worth visiting, and I think I will return to try one of their cocktails.
Newly opened place has a girly but chic touch, very different decor, outdoor bar area great to hung out during beautiful summer nights. Cocktails are definitely to die for, order "for the love of juniper" very refreshing drink, yummo. You will not go wrong with any of those cocktails on the menu. Now, the food... it's tapas style, love it which means you can pick many small dishes to try. We have tried everything on the menu but if you want my fave, it will have to be the prawn roll, wow, it's amazing, well balanced flavour, hint of chilli, the roll is just buttered right and crunch... just melts. I didn't really rate the lobster roll, it's not as flavourful compare to the prawn roll. Tacos and anchovy were amazing as well... i can't fault this place, it is just sooo yummy. A lot of flavours will wow you. Keep it up chef.
I loved my lunch here. The chef must be commended for his use of truffle on the fries and in the aioli - the balance was perfect. The lobster roll was fabulous. Everything was well seasoned. Service was great. Will definitely be back again, would love to try the cocktails, the menu looked good.
Great atmosphere, wonderful food, lovely cocktails and good service!
Pinchy's was fantastic.
The decor and interior are stunning. I had to stop to take photos, the terrace has great views over Carlton Club and surrounding art deco buildings. The service was friendly and prompt and the food delicious. I highly recommend the tuna sashimi on nori crackers, the crab tacos, the Bomba Rice Scallop was beautifully presented and the truffle fries were very rich and delicious. The cocktails were great too and reasonably priced.
This is a large venue, no need to book for small groups. Great for after work drinks too.
I think the lobster roll here is a bit overhyped because there was nothing outstanding and the meat was dry. The highlight was really the prawn roll and their cocktails!
We decided to stop by Pinchy’s for a quick dinner on a Friday night. The weather was extremely hot outside so we were hoping for some cool air-con indoors but were disappointed to find that it was very hot and stuffy inside. However the waiters were very hospitable and were constantly refilling our water glasses.
For food, we tried the lobster roll, crab tacos, mussels, scallops, and croquettes. The lobster roll was quite nice, but there were some parts of the filling which were on the salty side. I would recommend you to eat the lobster roll first, as we left it to the end and the bread roll became quite hard and not soft and fluffy anymore. I enjoyed the crab tacos which were really refreshing. The scallop, mussels and croquette were all on the creamier side. The croquettes were a bit dense and heavy but nonetheless delicious.
Overall, I do like the food at Pinchy’s, however I just find that the servings are very small for the price. Many items are served individually so the price adds up! But the seafood is also pretty fresh too.
Hidden gem. Delicious fresh seafood with a great selection of sparkling. Service was extremely polite and attentive. Loved the experience.
Friendly service and great balcony space
Best place to chill in the city w the best lobster roll I've ever had.
The chef, Pierre, makes the most amazing food. I've tried everything on the menu...twice. While finding their feet and locking down their menu, they have still delivered just beautiful dishes like their iconic lobster roll, crab taco, scallop and croquttes.
Their amazing venue off Bourke Street overlooking the Carlton Hotel, a little piece of green paradise in the middle of the city.
A must visit this summer before they update their menu!
Pinchy’s is a new kid on the lobster-and-champagne-block and one of the most Instagrammable joints in Melbourne (which is quite the achievement). It’s not surprising that their signature dish is the lobster roll, and is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. They are generous with the lobster and the rolls are perfectly toasted and buttered. Will definitely be back for more!
Great addition to the city. Finally a venue fitting of Lobster rolls and Champagne. Lovely venue with an awesome view from the deck. Food is solid. Highlight is the stuffed calamari. Drinks list decent and staff are super friendly.
It's so nice to see Pinchy's in a new spot AND with new vegan and vegetarian options! While I'd gladly visit just for sparkling on the rooftop, having some dining options makes things much more fun. The space is fun and bright and vibrant outside yet a bit moody and romantic inside. In addition to their famous lobster rolls, there's a whole selection of slightly more refined seafood dishes and four veg options. Right in time for summer drinking season.
We’ve been Pinchy’s groupies for some time now following them around from pop up to pop up so it was great to be invited along to the launch night of their permanent home in the mid city building on Bourke Street. I’ve always admired this venue from its previous incarnations and it’s generous balcony outlooking leafy Bourke. Perfect spot for a Lobster and Champaign Bar.
We started with a glass of Verve and that’s the way we continued throughout the evening. Even the Champaign cocktails were made from Verve which some folks might think of as a sin but they were a tidy drink indeed.
we soaked up the Miami beats on this perfect evening and sampled canapé tasters from the menu.
Super fresh oysters, divine zesty kingfish ceviche was soft melt in your mouth fresh with a crispy coronette on the outside.
The Mussels chowder/caviar was s spectacular coconuty goodness, nectar of the gods as they say.
The Scallop black risotto/bisque, was fresh, creamy and inky seafood perfection.
Snapper croquette/saffron aioli, with a touch of spice, sooo good.
Salt cod sandwich, between potato chips, feakin delicious , I could eat this till the day I die.
I would highly recommend you give their lobster rolls (tasted previously) a go to as they were exceptional. Better than any other we’ve tried in Melbourne.
Thanks to Pinchy’s for the delightful hospitality.

We got to try Pinchy’s pop up for our brunch today to celebrate the launch the Good Food and Wine show. I was such a great experience as we were the first to try out their cute stand at the show. They were busy cranking out delicious and incredibly well seasoned lobster rolls to a flock of hungry foodies and PR people. I liked how the buns were trimmed down on the sides which meant less bread overall and a better lobster to bread ratio. They were super tasty too. The lobster meat wasn’t hiding in a thick mayo like some places I’ve visited but was up front and centre. Recommended.

Pinchy’s is one of the more recently opened vendors in the HWKR food hall and the name might give away their focus on seafood. Today I tried the HWKR Hot Chilli pass which allowed me to try a dish for all the current vendors while my dining buddy was not a chilli fan so opted to try something off their regular menu. My dish from Pinchy’s was a couple of the cutest prawn and chilli tacos you have probably seen. Both came with a chilli dipped lime wedge to squeeze away and add chilli and though little they were a great fun entree.
My dining buddy got the more substantial Parisian Prawn roll with salad and chips and she certainly did a song and dance about taste.
Pinchy’s menu is also about lobster and crab rolls so the prawn dishes we ate were just the tip of the iceberg in terms of tasty morsels on offer
The lobster rolls are seriously amazing. Can't wait to go back!!! very friendly staff and fun environment, great for a few drinks!!
I could eat these lobster rolls all day every day if I could. It was a fab pop up and I cannot wait to see what else they add to their new menu when they reopen in November!
I tried the Maine to Melbourne and fries. The lobster tasted extremely fresh and the flavours paired it well without being overpowering. The roll itself was fragrant and crunchy. It is a little pricey but the little card that explained the journey the lobster had to take justified it to me. The fries were extremely crunchy and flavourful. The lobster buzzer was very cute and a nice touch.
Great lobster roll, but rather expensive. The portion is kinda small vs the price tags and it is a little challenging to find a seat during the weekends. But it’s good to give it a shot
I came for the longest lobster roll and it did not disappoint. Bun was nicely toasted. Very generous with the lobster. Would have liked a bit more flavour throughout the lobster but it was still really good. Bit of a wait but it's worth it. Definitely will be back for a lobster roll fix!
Helpful staff, and good recommendations. I had the prawn roll, crab cream croquettes and the truffle fries. Everything was really nice. I like the toasted bread that the rolls come in. The champagne topped off a perfect lunch.
Ordered the Maine to Melbourne and the Thai Lobster Roll. Taste wise they were amazing with chunks of lobster. Buttery and crisp roll.
The only downside - it’s located in a foodcourt. Can’t complain of the price as you’re paying for the lobster. If you arr a big eater then this can be your dessert or maybe appetiser.
Got here on a friday just before the rush, but still a small line. We tried the lobster and also the crab. The bun is lightly buttered with a bit of garlic. Filling is full of flavour and meat was juicy not dry. Will be back to try the lobster bisque!
I love this place, because of high quality of food and matched wine selections. I love Rosé, my mom loves bubbles 🍾
Food5✨:I go there just for the nice and fresh lobster rolls, and they are never disappointed me 😋 my bf, mom and friends love it too.
Service 5✨: efficiency is what I only need from food court shops tho. I'm not a demanding customer 😅
The only reason why I rate 4✨ is I would happy to have this beautiful food in a cozzy quiet environment. Hopefully, the owner will consider to have a nice individual venue on the beach or wherever except food court🙏
Best Lobster roll! A unique experience if looking for a fancy meal in the foodcourt, overall definitely worth a try!You gotta love it! Ingredients are so fresh😊
Although there are many place for lobster roll, but Pinchy’s is one of the unique place that different to others. The toast bread is crunchy, holding overloaded lobster.
This is the most likely the best I have eatten this week :))) the ingredients is so fresh and as well as bread is good. I'm very recommended this place
The bun of the lobster roll was light and airy, and had a somewhat buttery taste to it. Lobster meat was fresh and well seasoned.
Fries were really good too. Crispy and had really good seasoning.
Portion was a little small for the price but overall good quality and taste. Would see myself coming back for more.
After an experiment in HWKR, Pinchy's opens in Emporium's food court. I quite enjoyed the lobster roll on both occasions - it's not the fault of the venue, and while it's a lovely food court.... I would prefer to have my lobster roll in a nicer setting. That said, it was a tasty lobster roll. I wish I had it with sparkling, but they were not offering sparkling that day. If you feel like a lobster roll, you can't go wrong with Pinchys.
The meal was good. The presentation is soooo good. But it is much smaller than I thought. The taste for lobster roll is awesome. The bread with butter is crispy, but the taste of mayo in the bread is more outstanding if you eat more. The lobster meat is fresh.
This is our second time at Pinchy! We came here when they had a pop up store in Hwkr.
I think that they have improved a lot since then. I really enjoyed the lobster roll. The lobster was cooked beautifully and the bread was nicely toasted. The seasoning went really well together. I still think that it’s super over priced but I don’t really blame them, lobster is pretty expensive. The portion size is extremely small as well. I also ordered their truffle fries which were delicious! I appreciate that they also gave us sauce as well.
Overall, I don’t think I want to try anything else on their menu and I don’t think I would come back as it’s way to expensive. However, defs come here to try out the lobster roll!

Lobsters rolls are so big in japan and honestly if you haven’t tried Luke’s lobsters than you’re missing out. I was excited to see a place solely dedicated to lobster rolls! Unfortunately, there was no wow factor. Let’s start off with the price and quantity. The roll itself is so small and thin, pretty much the size of your palm and for what you’re paying for +$20 including fried I expect something a lot more filling. The thing I liked most was the bread. The lobster was cooked nicely but pretty bland. The fries weren’t season and the salad was kind of unnecessary. Overall, would not be returning.
So honestly I came just everyone seems to be talking about and was just hoping for some IG pics.. but actually the Alaskan King roll is one of the most amazing things I have put in my mouth. 😍🤤 the crab meat comes between this richly buttered toast.. and it just works divinely... I can’t wait to eat it again...
Also. Bonus points for sustainable crab farming 💚

However, the lobster rolls are really yummy and excellent flavours.

Very cute place, crab and lobster rolls are really yummy! Good flavours. Thought it would be warm but they were cold. It was still good though, The bread roll is nice too. Very pricey though! $18-20 for a small roll.

Been eyeing these rolls off since they opened in Melbourne 😏 delicious lobster from Maine, USA and sweet Alaskan crab 😍 can you blame me? They're only there for a Limited Time, so get down and get into them! 😁 trust me, you won't regret it 😉 unless you have seafood allergies ofcourse.. then it could get pretty bad 🤔 lol nevertheless, they are a MUST VISIT while in town 😎
.
☑ 8.9/10! Look the first thing that I have to point out is that they're pretty expensive at $20 a pop for a fairly small roll aswell! 💰 ..BUT DAMN they are GOOD! 😏 and you are paying for the lobster more than anything! Lets just say if I was a millionaire, i would have knocked back about 10 easily and been a VERY happy man, no joke 🤤 gorgeous rich, full and sweet LOBSTER 🦀 on a fantastic crunchy ROLL! 🍞 Crispy, sweet almost toasted croissant-ess type roll! 😍 along with a delicious combination of mayo, chives and pinchy's butter! Highly Recommend to have atleast once! 🙌🏽
.
💡 TIP - pinchy's also serve prawn rolls 🦐 in wasabi, french and napoli variations for $13! AND the ALASKAN KING CRAB roll for $16! 🦀 😏 ill defs head back to knock down a few of those 😉
This new outlet opened up recently at Melbourne Emporium. Needless to say, the decor of the stall is inviting and the food they're offering looks delicately refined. Also, it's lobster so it's difficult for me to not at least have a try.
The Maine to Melbourne roll is a small lobster roll that costs $19.50. They have a variety of other rolls like prawn, crab etc that are cheaper ($13+). The roll itself is pretty well done - bread is nicely cut and toasted, though it's just slightly too toasted for my liking. Only lobster and sauce in the roll - the way it should be - not filled with random cheap fillers like salads and so on. The sauce is tasty but not overpowering, and of course, the lobster was plump and juicy, 'overflowing' out of the bread roll.
The reason 'overflowing' is in quotation marks is because, well, the roll is really small. I could eat two of them quite easily. But of course at $19.50 a pop, I wouldn't. Perhaps I'm too used to Luke's lobster in the US and Japan, where they really spoil you with a decent sized roll (far larger) at a good price. They're not available in Australia though. I think it would help if the bun was at least slightly bigger (it could stand to be, for the amount of lobster you get), but not too much bigger.
Is it good value for money? Not really, especially when there are other places to get good lobster for cheaper. But as far as getting an authentic lobster roll of this quality, they have a corner on the market at the moment.
I had the French prawn and it exceeded all my expectations. The prawns were juicy, tasty and perfectly cooked. I will be back for more! Highly recommend this place and well worth the money for the quality food. The staff were super friendly. I hope this place opens more Pinchys around Melbourne.
We had the lobster + prawn salad and truffle fries. Mouthwatering. The cauliflower was a pleasant surprise, it had what appeared to taste like wasabi seasoning, and was cooked to perfection. The truffle sauce was amazing, and hits you with that full flavour you want from truffle. Would come back in a heartbeat. The bottom of the salad had a little too much sourness and the prawn relied on the sauce heavily but it was otherwise perfect.
Edit: went back for the rolls on advise from management - buttery goodness that melts in your mouth, my only regret is that there is not enough of it compared to what you pay for the salad. We ordered a salad after our Alaskan King Crab and Lobster rolls before we were satisfied. Still, pretty damn good.
Have eaten a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed! Hard to decide between the French Prawn, Alaskan King and the Maine to Melbourne. You've gotta add the truffle fries too.. Hoping you guys open up a few more locations around town??
This has to be one of the most delicious food I’ve tried in years!! Well done and amazing service! The lobster and prawn are full of favour and done responsibly.
We shared a lobster roll and the Alaskan crab roll with fries.... Sooo delicious! The lobster roll was amazing, so tasty even though the size was small... The fries were hot, crispy and flavoring was spot on! Definitely be back to try the prawn rolls!
I had the truffle fries, they were very nice with grated Parmesan on and a truffle Aoli to dip in. They were really crispy and delicious. Staff were friendly and service efficient.
Lovely lobster takeaway joint. Flavour is great and highly recommend. Been to the first location in HWKR and loved the rolls and croqeuttes. Definitely get the Maine to Melbourne roll

This store is located at the food court area of Emporium. Ordered the lobster bread. The bread is toasted and soaked with butter. And the lobster very fresh. Overall delicious snack but quite pricey for a small meal. Cost $20.
Delicious lobster rolls, rich and filling, luxurious combination of juicy lobster, sauces and spices. Perfect with a glass of champagne. Will be back!
Mouth watering gourmet rolls! I tried every single one with friends and they were all good. Especially chips(truffle one) and salad, must try with rolls
Food was exceptional and service was great. Food court dining putting alot of restraunts to shame! The lobester roll and croquettes are my recommendation.
Food is absolutely amazing here. Best lobster rolls I have ever tried! Staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend and I can't wait to return!
Wanted to visit for quiet a while. Now they do a veggie salad I could take my girlfriend. I had the Alaskan king roll with truffle fries and salad. She had the wasabi potato salad (and some of my fries 🙄).
We both had a glass of champagne and then a glass of chablis. We had such a such a great time. The food is just perfect. If you like crab you must eat this roll. Even the salad with great. The truffle fries came with a truffle aioli that made me so happy. We both left feeling great. 👏🏻☺️
Do yourself a favour and get in there. The food is really worth it. We will be back!
I came here on Sunday while shopping at Emporium. I was in a rush so could only grab takeaway, so bear in mind it was about 20 minutes from the time of purchasing to the time I got home. Even still, everything was delicious! I ordered the truffle chips and Maine to Melbourne. The chips were nice and crunchy and well salted. The roll was full of lobster and mayo and although it was smaller than I realised it was quite filling! Worth the wait, worth the price (its lobster so fairs fair), and it was very satisfying. Next time I'll sit in and pair with a glass of Veuve. Yum!
Absolutely loved Pinchy’s! A great place for a catch up with friends, super relaxed with a luxury touch. Food was excellent, like nothing I’ve had in a food court before! Will definitely go back, and tell my friends too.
Love this! Food was incredible - the meal deal is a must. Roll is PERFECTLY crispy, and the chips and salad were amazing. Never seen food court food this great! Definitely coming back.
food came out quick, the truffle fries is must-have. very crispy and loved the truffle flavour on the fries. the lobster roll and crab roll was a bit too buttery for me, but overall i really enjoyed it.
Sustainable lobsters means: no overfishing, non-endangered species, and from marine protected areas. Feels good to eat things guilt-free!
Ordered:
🦐 Maine to Melbourne: lobster, mayo, toasted crispy roll, pinchy's seasoning, butter, chives, fresh lemon ($19.50)
🍟 Truffle fries ($9.00)
Review:
The meal, flavour wise, was absolutely awesome. Incredible seasoning that you could see AND packed a punch, and buttered bread that was so crispy and fulfilling with every bite. Cue angels singing in the background.
The size of Maine to Melbourne was a bit small for a $20 priced sandwich, but it does fill you up (albeit slowly) when you walk around.
Truffle fries were a bit boujee and could've probably gone without - doesn't seem to be too different from their normal, more affordable chips.
Meal was just enough but there was room for a solid dessert. It's definitely sits in the quality type of food (in the quality vs quantity spectrum) so definitely consider it as a treat yo-self!
Came by here to try out their lobster roll Maine to Melbourne. $20 for something so small and thin, I was a little underwhelmed, it could barely fill me up as a snack. However, I enjoyed the flavours. The sauce and the lobster went quite well together and having the lemon squeezed on top added extra zest and flavour. The lobster was somewhat cold on its own but the roll was warm and freshly toasted, which gave it a great crunchy element making it more satisfying to eat.
Overall, something worth trying out!
I was fortunate to be able to come and try Pinchy’s tasting menu for the pop up launch in the Emporium.
So on the night, we had the Ocean trout cornets, Alaskan king crab roll, Crab croquettes, Pinchy’s lobster salad, French prawn and Wasabi prawn.
My favourite would have to be the king crab roll. Love love love the buttery toasted crispy roll, added to the chilled, juicy king crab meat, so good. The crab croquettes were also yum. Unfortunately, I missed out on trying the lobster roll so definitely will be back for that.
Overall, great addition to the Emporium. I mean who can say no to lobster rolls right?!

The ambience, the vibes, the locations exclusivity, I absolutely love Pinchy's! And most of all, the food..! Spectacular flavors and a must try! 🤩🤩
💬 All dishes in the set menu were amazing and a rare 5/5 rating on some 😝 Honestly though, because there were nothing wrong with the Ocean Trout Crisp and King Crab Taco, they were delicious. Only critic would be they are too small !! 😂
The whiting was very nice with the garlic puree and the Tasmanian oysters were very fresh and creamy. Last but not least, the Pinchy's Lobster Roll! Again, we wished it was bigger simply because we love the taste and we want more! 😜 Love this place!
🌱 They also do Vegan Friendly Set Menus 🤩
From our first visit to Pinchy's back in 2020, my partner and I knew we'd be coming back A LOT. Apart from how absolutely amazing the food is, the styling of the venue is beautiful, and creates the perfect vibe! Plus, the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. We ended up ordering multiple times during the lockdown tour, and now that they've reopened, we've already been twice! If you go, make sure to try the Calamari Noodles, and the Ocean Trout Crisp - they are to DIE FOR!!! And, of course, you have to try a Lobster Roll 🦞 I'm not even ashamed that we're becoming regulars 😄
Pinchy’s was a part of the Emporium food court and they were very hard to miss; they were all pink and champagne! On their menu were lobster, prawn and crab rolls; quite simple yet enticing. We tried both the crab and lobster rolls as well as the truffle fries. The rolls were quite mini, but they were fresh and delicious. The truffle fries were also tasty and crispy, although the truffle shavings were not mixed throughout and only at the top. Overall, Pinchy’s were a great quick lunch/dinner option.
Nice cute/modern atmosphere. Friendly staff, who are kind, bubbly and welcoming! Food was absolutely delicious! Small portions, a bit expensive, however it is very high quality food. The food was definitely worth the price, it was mouth watering. They have a very big selection of wines and a good selection of ciders. I highly recommend going to Pinchys!
This is my 3rd time here and I guess there's something about Pinchy's that keeps telling me to come back. Food was extremely yummy. Always enjoyed the rolls here. Definitely delicious. Keep in mind, servings aren't huge but it is seafood, even though it seems on the pricy side.
Service was very good. Definitely great service from each person. From the minute we walked in to when we left. Made us feel welcome and enjoyed our stay.
Loved the food. Will definitely go back here again. My favourite was the crab tacos. The bay bug was also good but it was battered fried so I could not really taste the meat. The truffle fries has heaps of truffles on it which we loved. Salmon cappuccino may sound weird to some but if u think about it as soup it’s actually very good.

After many pop ups, Pinchy’s Lobster and Champagne Bar finally found its home in Melbourne’s CBD. Definitely an Insta-worthy venue, featuring a Champagne Bar, neon lighting and a stunning, heated outdoor balcony terrace over looking Bourke St.
The concept was created by husband and wife team who were inspired by the seaside of San Sebastation. The menu is comprised of wild caught sustainable seafood with lobster and king crab sourced from fisheries in Maine and Alaska. Impressively they also have an entirely vegan version of the menu, so no one misses out!
Starting with some amazing Chilli Margaritas we then proceeded to order almost every dish on the menu. The Smoked Salmon Cappuccino was so cute and innovative, with the Bisque intensifying as you drink it. The Crab Tacos were crispy the Salmon Cones had a good hit of wasabi.
Their famous Lobster Roll was a lot smaller than I expected, it was a bit oily but nice. The Moreton Bay Bug Roll was alright but i don’t think I would pay $20 for either of them again. Considering I feel Pinchy’s kicked off this trend I expected better. Apple crumble I also wouldn’t reorder as we felt it lacked flavour.
Everything came to around $130pp however everything is snack sized and intended for sharing over some drinks rather than for dinner as we did. All of the seafood tasted very fresh and there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It’s the perfect spot for someone experimenting with trying seafood.
My Girlfriend & I tried this chic, vibrant ...
Loved the atmosphere, the vibe and the playful ambience of the restaurant.
We went to try the Lobster 🦞 roll, unfortunately there's a 5 month wait; (Need to be in Season and gets flown in from US) hence we tried the alternative option King 🦀 Crab Roll.
Juicy, soft and right amount of tangy-ness. It was good!
