Old Town White Coffee - Melbourne - Photo album

Good cheap Malaysian eat with a good selection of dishes. Need to fill out pad to order. The dry curry Laksa and Briyani rice were delicious. Service is prompt and friendly. Also they have mini meals which are ideal for children.
Ordered 3 dishes and quite disappointed with the level of food. Not as good as the one you have back in Malaysia. Dry egg noodle was not tasty enough. The dry pan Mee was not that dry with Abit of soup and the noodles were not chewy. The roti was okay. Service was average too. Food - 2 Service - 4 V
We were looking for a place for a quick dinner, and the exterior and the menu of Old Town White Coffee caught our attention. Unfortunately this place was all pictures and looks, food was oily and over salted, half way through, and I had already downed 4 cups of water. Service was sub par as well. I
i stopped to have the famous syrupy malacca coffee but was quite disappointed as it was not strong enough, quite insipid. however, the menu looked interesting and reasonably price so i guess i must drop in again and check out the food.
Surprisingly good! Feels like it has more variety compared to Malaysia. The Hokkien Mee was good! And Dry Pan Mee. Had a good Christmas lunch, with 10% surcharge though!
Actually a little disappointed after I've been told about by a few people. Their competitors around Melbourne I much prefer. The food was overpriced, the portion was small (either that or they need a smaller plate! I mean look at that picture, leaves a lot to be desired!). The service was a bit slow
Delicious food and lunch time spevlcial is great. Can get crowded at lunch time. Great authentic Malaysian food. Yum !
Reviews of this place wasn't the best but I enjoyed their food, ask the waitress what is good and they will steer you right
