Excellent cheesecake for those who want to taste the actual taste of the dessert and not just sacharine sweetness predominant in most cheesecakes. Sugar content is quite low here, so it's delicious, refined and not treacly at all.
Uncle Tetsu is famous for their super fluffy, Japanese style cheesecakes. I love how they always come out with new cheesecake flavours over the years (while keeping the original a sticky on their menu). Their cheesecake is good but the crepe brulee could be better. It might just be me but the crepe brulee tasted a bit bland, I think it'd be good if they offered other flavors like chocolate or matcha for those wanting flavors stronger than regular custard.
