I am a bit unsure why this place has got good reviews. I think their food is mediocre and so would probably give it a 2.5 Star. I ordered the beef, egg and potato noodle hot pot which is $16. Not that cheap.

I enjoy eating at Bigmama as the food is excellent! The portions are decent, ambience is comfortable even with the place always being decently packed.
My only issue is that the poor staff get real confused when my 6'4 self walks in and orders extra rice as they don't seem to know what to do with me
You can always count on Big Mama for a hearty Korean meal. This neighbourhood gem has stood the test of time!
Amazing! And I hardly use that word. We were trying to find a parking spot so chose this place on a whim. We selected a diversity of traditional and modern dishes. Ingredients were fresh, delicious and all our fussy eaters cleaned their plates and bowls. Will definitely go again.

I came here to grab a quick dinner on a week night at about 8pm. It was noisy inside but not full.
