Very poor service. Waitress forgot drinks, unable to explain the menu, only half the food came out and I'm watching half my friends eat while the other half wait for mains. Food looks good but don't come here if service is important to you. Update: ordered a medium rare strip and got well done.

We booked the Longhorn for a function and had an absolute ball. The staff were all amazing and really looked after us. They were so accommodating and great fun. The service hasn't changed since it first opened and we waited over 45minutes for the steak to be cooked. This time the steak and dish came out luke warm. They provided an additional Mac and cheese that was yummy! Still disappointed in the service.

I'd been looking forward to checking this place out for ages... Waited for ages for food... Hot dog was cold. Ruben was meager.. Even the sazerac was subpar and small. The waitress was blaise about our presence.

Have been on a massive burger binge and I can confidentially see that this place has one of the best burgers around. Great Food, Excellent Service, Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Nice place. But last night a bartender upstairs made me pay twice on my card for one drink. When I asked him if he did so, he lied very smoothly. Disappointing.
